                         I woke up to a major headache. I got up and took a shower, when I got out I went In my closet and took out my clothes for school. I went downstairs to my mom making breakfast. She looked at me and gave me a face then turned around and started flipping the pancakes then my brother, Jerome, came in and sat down. 

"Jerome, tell your sister to go put some clothes on, God knows she won't listen to me" Jerome looked at me and chuckled

"There's nothing wrong with my outfit, but if you want i'll put a t-sirt over it" She looked at me and put me and Jerome breakfast in front of us and left the kitchen

"I think she's still mad about last night" Jerome took a bite of his pancakes and then we heard the front door slam and ma car driving off

"You think, Ughh my curfew is 10:00 and I came in at 10:30 and she catching a bitch fit, i'm about to be 18 at least I didnt come in at 3 in the morning like you did when you was only 16" I sat back down and began to eat

"Alright calm down, Ma only wants whats best for you, be happy she still have hope for you unlike me, she gave up on me before that incident when I was 16, but now im 22, go easy on her" I sighed knowing he was right. I finished my breakfast and went up stairs to put a tank top on. I went back downstairs and grabbed my bag

"You want a ride to school, FiFi?" Jerome asked grabing his keys

"Naa, i'm walking with Liyah and Lia and stop calling me that, i'm not 10 anymore"

"You know i'm still going to be calling you that and I dont get why you hang out with them, their like cyborgs"I pushed him in his chest and we both started laughing. I left and met up with them at the end of the block, when I saw them I could see the smoke from the blunt they were smoking.

"Faith, want a pull?" Lia said while laughing

"Now, you know future ain't going to smoke that, her mama won't allow it"

"Shut up Liyah, and stop calling me future" Ever since I told them my moms plan for me, Liyah started calling me, The Future.

"Girl, you know I'm just fucking witchu, you my girl now lets go to school D'angelo waiting for me"Liyah said while putting out her blunt

"Now, you know he waiting for ten other girls too" Lia said while putting her blunt, liyah stopped and looked at Lia

"Why you don't like him, you always do this?"

"Look I just know you could do better, and honey that ain't better"

"He's good to me, why can't you....."

"Both of you just drop it, I don't need no man drama today" They both looked at me and rolled they eyes

"You just nee a man and then you'll know where we coming from" I rolled my eyes and then we heard horn honking behind us, it was Jerome and his friend Antonio. He passed us and then turned the corner going in the direction of one of his trap house. We moved here when I was 15 and Jerome was 20, we moved from Detroit and our father was the Kingpin over their and he promised Ma he would get out of the buisness but he brought his work with him. After he killed Deondre the Druglord of Harlem people respected him, from then my mom was tired of fighting over it and just dropped it after he died he left everything to Jerome and he became the new Kingpin, and thats how Liayah, Lia and I met. Lia brother, Antonio, works for Jerome and he told them to watch over me, that time Lia and Liyah were in 10th grade and I was just starting ninth grade. Then they got left back in 12th grade and thats how I caught up with them.
