How I Rant

Band

I love music.

And I have music.

By joining band.

And I LOVE band.

I play the bass guitar/jazz guitar, a guitar with 4 strings but 5 strings if its a jazz one, and the piano.

The bass guitar I have named Carl while the piano I have named Melody.

I know weird

But everyone does it at one point.

(One of my friends has a flute named George.)

It's a thing.

I am the owner of Melody and I consider Carl as mine.

It's not mine though.

Yet.

Anyways band is an amazing experience you should consider.

I consider joining band as one of the best things I've done.

Band is a second family.

With 300 people in it.

You're friends with everyone in it and you all share a passion with each other for music.

I know I'm sounding cheesy but its true!

Learning to play an instrument is a quality I take pride in.

Tbh middle school would have been pretty boring with out band.

But now I have Jazz Band and we get "special" permission to stay after school.

We also get extra field trips! Our band every year gets to go to Disneyland and compete for the trophy between schools all across the states. (We got 2nd place).

My point?

Band is awesome.

And you should consider joining it.
