There's no school today, and that was like the best day ever for both you and Hiyori.
You and Hiyori decided to head home yesterday. You were totally sore from healing so much of your manna and decided to take a break from all that has happen with Yukine.
However deep down in her thoughts there's a bunch of all sorts that's been in your mind. Lately last night you had dinner to visit the mansion to speak with Kuroto Mogari. Mogari noticed you brought your black sword with you and his guess was to kill your main target.
You have no intention in joining his side which he doesn't mind at all, but still in order to kill both Syaoran Li and Akaito. You asked Mogari about them and did those two swords men did to him.
When Mogari brought your underneath the mansion he showed you a secret room which was covered in death.
The sight to you was a lot similar back at the Sakamaki and the Mukami mansion. Blood and now dried out dust. Mogari told you to put an end to this putting his trust to her.
Now back to the present, you were on your way to meet up with Hiyori by the Cafe'. "(Y/n), good morning!" called out a familiar brunette as you saw her small figure approaching you through the wave of people.
"Morning." you replied as your made your way to the brunette who was waiting for her at the entrance of a huge shopping complex.
"My, aren't you awfully happy and tired today?" Hiyori teased.
"Yeah, all because I have to save those two idiots last night, I have to do all the work." your eyes glazed over the various shops you could see through the door.
Hiyori giggled before taking your smaller hand. "Come on, it's cold out here, let's go."
You marched in, walking around the complex as you scanned the rows of shops.
The two of you had agreed to meet each other to by new kimonos together as two days away New Year's was slowly approaching them.
It was a huge event for all of the Far Shore residences . So, all in all, you just wanted to make sure you looked formal enough for it. Hiyori on the other hand was going out with Ami and Yama to pray and have fun at a nearby festival that was going to be held downtown.
Passing by a nearby store, you had taken notice of a familiar fluff of dark blue hair and tufts of blonde.
"Hiyori...." you began, pointing into the store.
"Yato and Yukine??" she exclaimed. But as if on cue, the two boys had turned their heads around and met with familiar brown and magenta colored orbs.
"Ah, Hiyori, (Y/n)!" Yato pulling Yukine's arm and made his way over to them. "Fancy meeting the both of you here, what's up?" he asked, a cat-like grin plastered on his face.
"Finding kimonos, would you like to come?" Hiyori offered but saw that Yato was wide-eyed as his eyes landed on a stall not to far away.
On the board read 'Takoyaki' in bright red and you realized that Yato was hungry. "Hiyori how about we go get some breakfast for these two?" you offered making Yato blush that you had realized he was staring at the stall.
"C-could you really?" Yukine asked you.
"You both seem like you haven't been eating in a while." You said, making Hiyori cry out and hug her.
"We could do some shopping later anyways," Hiyori smiles as the four of youwalked out of the complex they had just arrived to.
Walking down the familiar streets of the town, you realized you slowly being left behind by the trio as they walked together with such joy, Yato had his arm slung around Yukine's shoulders as he chatted cheerfully to Hiyori.
