Chapter 26: This is the start

Jet And Norah's POV

Jet layed on the floor, writhing in pain. His shoulder felt like it could collapse any second, pounds of pain and pressure forced onto it. His squirming didn't help the damage very much either. He heaved out a sob, cupping his shoulder, trying desperately to numb the pain. Jet's back was turned towards the door, he balled up as he heard the crunching of leaves growing louder. He began to panic, was it help or did Mike come back to finish him off?

"Jet! Jesus christ!" Norah yelled out to him as she stepped into the doorway. As Norah Kneeled down she said letting jet clutch onto her "What did mike do to you, tell me" She said angrily. "Hurt me." He managed to mumble out, trying to wipe dirt off his face with his other hand. Norah stared down at Jet, locking eyes with him. "He hurt you? Where did he hurt you?" She said pissed off.

Jet jutted his shoulder out a bit and growled in pain. The knife glistened with blood, dripping down his shoulder and staining the floor a dark crimson. "My shoulder.. Hurts." Jet whined. Norah looked down, her face growing white as she saw what damage had been done. "Oh jet! I'm sorry I let this happen! I shouldn't have left!" She cried, hugging onto Jet.

Jet yelped, every little movement felt like he was being stabbed once again. "Norah! Let go! You're hurting me!" Jet screeched, trying to push Norah off of him. Norah quickly rushed off Jet knowing the pain he was in. "Sorry, I know you're in pain, '' she told Jet with a smile. Norah would perk her head up to hear faint sirens in the background knowing the ambulance was here then she said smiling "Jet, Help is here you have to let them work on you, ill be here if you need me" she smiled and let go of Jet, letting the Nurses and other doctors take over.

Out of the corner of his eye, Jet saw a police officer escorting Norah outside for questioning. "Where's she going?" He asked the nurse in a panic. "Just outside hun, she's right outside," The nurse said with a smile. Jet nodded awkwardly as a couple other doctors came and kneeled around him. Everything was moving fast and the world went quiet as he tried to piece together everything that happened, and if it did actually happen.

All of a sudden a loud fall came from outside and the male police officer who was asking Norah questions would yell "NORAH!" As she fell down and passed out a loud sound came from outside as if norah hit her body against the outside wall of the cabin.


Jet panicked, not knowing what had happened. Jet brought his knees to his chest and put his arms over his head. "Oh god, he's back! He's back to finish me off!" He wailed, practically shaking.

At the corner of Jet's eye he would see a male police officer walk in and norah would have still been outside passed out and the nurse would get a whispered note from the police saying "Can I barrow Jetson for a second?"

as the nurse nodded she said "Jet, The Police wanna ask you some questions about Norah, don't worry norah's fine, she just passed out because of stress hon, Mike's still on the run, they haven't found him yet your fine but you don't have to worry" she would say with a smile rubbing jet on the back as she knew jet was panicked she also said "Norah is awake, she just blacked out for a quick second". Jet wiped his face and sniffled, getting up to go talk with the cop.

he also said "Let me introduce myself son, My Name is Officer Bookem, We are here because you and your bestfriends with another victim, Norah Wilson, she also was with you when you both got kidnaped by her brother, and also you were stabbed? Can you tell me where you were stabbed?"

Jet pointed over to his shoulder that had been bandaged up, the sleeve of his shirt was soaked with blood.

The Police officer looked down and then said "Son, Your friend Norah passed out also because of her head trauma she had, because of the trauma she got hit to the head, we also found scars looking like tree branch scars, and where just wondering, did you get anything tree branched scared on your arms? we are trying to collect data to make sure we can do this case right" he said with a frown.

Jet simply shook his head. He glanced around paranoid, every snap of a branch or the crunching of leaves made him jump.

The cop would look and say "Are you okay, you seem jumpy?" he asked, rubbing his back knowing how scared he was from the tree branches and the nights he's been through for the last few hours. "I'm fineI" mumbled jet, keeping his head down. Norah walked out of the house and she said "We have permission to leave, I got confirmation by the head police officer jet . Do you wanna stay over tonight? Are you heading home?, i'm sure your brothers would like to see you tho but i'm not sure" she said smiling 

 Both Norah and Jet would nod and they would walk home
