Philly 10-Step mini cheesecake

serves:12- 24 mini cheesecake
.Every one loves cheesecake. However have you ever wanted to have it with blueberries? Well I for one have always wanted to have this delicate desert with blueberries. Especially in a mini form..This delicious cheesecake is best served cold . With a Topping of caramelized apples. Also this yummy treat is best made for every thanksgiving, Christmas ,Easter and for news years.
Ingredients:
2 Pkg of Philadelphia cream cheese Low fat.(softened)
2 Eggs
One full box of Graham cracker baking crumbs for the bottom
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 Tsp of food coloring (of your choice)
*1/2 cup Blueberries
Preparation
First preheat your oven to 350.Then Mix the cream cheese ,sugar ,vanilla , food coloring and 2 eggs with an electric mixer until smooth .Next take out your mini cupcake sheet and clean out each spot with water .Then you get out foil cups and put them onto the sheet..After that using a spoon get a spoon full of graham cracker baking crumbs and then put it on the bottom of the tins and then with the spoon you flatten the graham cracker.Now you add the cheesecake batter to the tins and let them set for 1 min.After that you Sprinkle the dried Blueberries on top of the cheesecakes. (not wet at all.)Next put your tasty treats in the oven for about 15-25 min or until golden brown..Second to last while you are waiting you can caramelize you apples.
Finally enjoy your delicious cheesecakes.
