Counting stars

A new beggining

Character list:

Bad, Badboyhalo, mr. Halo. Used to be a computer programmer and has a best friend he left back at earth. (Skeppy.) Can seem a bit held back at first, but he's a nice person. Clever and logical. Can be loud and unfocused on bad days. Somehow always late. Hates swearing.

Velvet, Red. Finished school and had nothing to do. Had to leave his boyfriend at home. Chaotic mess and has the humour of a fifteen year old boy. Incredibly funny and really clever as well, always has his arguments in place. Gay. Very. Makes plenty of gay jokes. Especially about his straight friends. Red and red jokes.

vGumiho, Gumi. Used to be an artist but her career went downhill after she came out. So to not create more drama she left earth. Literally. Left her adorable dog Kazu back at earth. Rather loud, but soooo kind, like she's amazing. Little to no filter. Doodles on everything. Really likes taking vodka shots. Or as she would say: 'Gumi is the hot-girl one.'

Awesamdude, Sam. Used to live with his 'friend' Ponk until the two got in a fight and Sam cut Ponks arm off. The two of them hasn't talked since. Dad of the group, keeps his head cold in dangerous situations. But can also be hillarious if you catch him on a break. Has this special interest in prisons...

FoolishG, Foolish. Used to be an architect before he went to space. Genuinely only went because he thought it was fun. Left no one particular at home other than his family. Funny man with a funny laughter that everyone likes to make fun of. Very outgoing. For some reason brings his toy shark everywhere. Really interested in totem trees.

Punz. Used to be a professional gamer who lived alone. He thought that maybe he would be able to actually live off of gaming if he earned a bunch of money, so he went to space. Thought he had to leave his friend Boomer behind but he went as well. Very high archiving and can sometimes have a bit too much confidence in himself. That's not neccesarily a bad thing though. Gets bullied all the time.

BoomerNA, Boomer. Also used to be a gamer and basically just followed Punz. Didn't really want to go to space but he was let in on all the details and didn't want his memory removed. Really loud, louder than anyone. Says out-of-pocket things and yells when anyone else does it. Chaotic mess. Likes to draw frogs for some reason.

5up. Used to work on another spaceship, but it crashed and he returned to earth, completely unable to settle down again. So he grapped the oppotunity and went again. Not as loud as the others but will make weird jokes. Asexual, but makes all the sex jokes possible. Randomly mutes and deafens when he feels like it. Likes plants.

Those are the most relevant characters you'll meet in this chapter, more will be added in the next :D

As the instrumental bit of the song started, Bad set off from the platform. Kind of like in some action movie. He felt the adrenaline rush, a feeling he'd never get tired off. And probably never get used to either. Letting yourself float off into the deep, dark universe is always scary. But Bad had gotten used to it. And there wasn't time for being scared. He had work to do. This morning, Gumi had waken him up by yelling: "THE BATTERY TO THE ENGINE THAT KEEPS US IN THE FUCKING AIR IS BASICALLY DEAD, EVERYONE PANIC!"

Then the entirety of Pummel Party had gotten up and ran around in a panic, until Sam had shouted: "SHUT UP EVERYONE I AM TRYING TO THINK OF A SOLUTION!"
