On a Spacecraft orbiting the earth

Jaiden opened her eyes and found herself strapped to a platform, on a small confined metal container. Her breath felt stale as she was in inhaling it. Jaiden looked at her hands, as it was covered in a newer armor this time the armor had more thicker shell darker blue, and she felt all sorts of new technology in her new armor. Suddenly a hologram popped up in front of her eyes with an white audio symbol on it.

"Jaiden Dittfach, welcome back to you regular duty this time" A male voice replied.

"Where am I, and why am I here?" Jaiden asked looking around.

"Jaiden your on a spacecraft around 156 km off earth, I'm Karl Kennedy, the mission manger for this mission now on. And Kate Athena a brilliant robotics engineer who designed the first vanguard armor, and the one who upgraded you armor to the new Generation 3, and we got two more folks who will check on you vitals and keep track on how you are doing, say hello to Gary Abdul, and Ashley Nightfall" Karl replied with charismatic tone.

"Can I talk on the intercom now Karl?" Kate asked.

"Please, don't be boasting about you new tech or some.." Kate swiftly cut off Karl from the intercom before Karl could finish.

"Now Jaiden, as a brilliant scientist, I managed to hijack into the Freedom fighters database and found their secret ingredient in their new Generation 3 Armor. Do you know Blakunium?" She asked trying to get Jaiden engaged.

"Yeah, I know every fact about it, an rare outer space resource used to coat the Vanguard Armors in" Jaiden replied bored by the fact.

"So usually the generation 2 like you old one has Blakunium only on the surface of the armor. But the freedom fighters used the Blakunium to coat the surface and infused Blakunium with whatever material is used to make the armor. So the theory is that the material doesn't contribute to the battle results of the Vanguards and Blakunium is indeed all-powerful since it mostly cancels out all forms of energy directed at it. Damn, that could lead to some interesting new weapons that could be constructed" Kate replied.

Karl then suddenly cut into the intercom "Ok I'm back, now you heard all that nonsense, Gary! Prepare for the countdown" Karl hustled.

"Alright, Starting at you command" Gary replied, then Jaiden's visor suddenly rolled up.

"Wait so you mean you drop me from space?" Jaiden replied. The platform Jaiden is on suddenly lowered, and Jaiden saw the blue planet earth below her.

"Yes, since the most effective way we can deploy you without triggering alarms from the freedom fighters. I will now explain your mission Jaiden. So we're targeting one guy, his name is Johnson Desperado. An infamous terrorist leader who leads an entire radical conservative terrorist group named the Freedom Fighters, which is responsible for waging an long civil war in throughout America. There was another extremist Liberal Terrorist organization that also lead the conflict but they are defeated by the fighters, now he is hiding in a refinery around Europe Seattle, and we need you to take him down" Karl replied.

"Ok, taking down this guy is an easy task, as long as I wasn't alarming the fighters attention on me" Jaiden replied

"Gary! Start the deployment sequence" Karl demanded.

"On it, sir, engaging in landing in T-Minus 10 seconds" Gary replied.

Jaiden then platform below her and slowly opened it as a holographic timer displayed on her visor screen, when it got to zero. The platform below Jaiden opened up and she was set free falling towards the earth.

In a couple of minutes, her visor and armor started to heat up, Jaiden could feel her armor heating up from the exterior, but the interior is kept neutral by the Blakunium. Regardless she could survive the fall without the armor.

Jaiden then saw the whole earth from here, as the whole scene slowly closed in. Jaiden's attempted to press on the Antigravity option on the hologram but it was selected as soon as she was about to raise her hand to press on it manually. Mind reading tech Jaiden thought. Then many small mini thrusters rose on armor around her knee, chest, and front. The thrusters activated as a transparent dark blue hologram appeared on the thruster top each emitting a force that propelled her upwards a little as it adjusted to her fall.

A few minutes passed and Jaiden could already see the whole refinery in front of the top, it looks to Jaiden like a harbor refinery, close to the ocean, the heat slowly faded off her armor as the gravity thrusters intensified a bit.

Suddenly a hologram appeared "Vanguard Jaiden, it's been a long time since you've been called that. You are approaching the refinery to remember your objective, kill Johnson Desperado" Karl replied.

"Oh, it sir" Jaiden replied.

As she was closing in on the ground, Jaiden deactivated the front thrusters and adjusted her lying down position to a stand position, the gravity thrusters activated in the bottom of her boots, as she was slowly lowered down onto the concrete ground. Jaiden looked around her as she saw trees on her side and the entire coastline on the right. She looks like she is in a hallway connecting to the refinery, she looked at a rusty sign that says "Seattle B Refinery"

Jaiden looked around her armor to check for any dents, she saw none and she hasn't been in her armor for the past 5 years, as this is something new.

"In one piece" Jaiden replied as she walked down the highway towards the refinery.
