Sunny drove to Faraway it had been a year since the trip that changed everything, he planned to surprise his boyfriend with a visit he knew basil probably forgot today was the big move he pulled into Basil's driveway and got out he had a lemon sapling for him sunny knocked on the door with no reply, he sighed and sat the plant on the porch while he went to the backyard sure enough the gardener was hard at work. "Whatever you're selling I don't want it sorry" sunny chuckled "fine then I'll see if Aubrey will let me stay with her then" basil looked at him and blushed then smiled "Sunny!" He hugged him as the other hugged back "miss me?" Basil nodded the two went inside basil made some tea "so what's new with everyone I've been trying to keep in touch..." basil smiled "Aubrey is actually going to collage now , Kel is working towards a Pre-K teaching license and Hero dropped out to pursue culinary...while Abbi now runs OtherMart...as for me I'm working to run my greenhouse..." sunny smiled "that's great" he sipped his tea basil sat next to him on the sofa "what about you?" Sunny smiled "I am a music composer I mainly do remixes and covers but it's a start" basil smiled "ooo I have a great idea we should go to the hideout spot and surprise everyone!" Sunny nodded "yeah let's do it call everyone over say it's like for one final farewell " basil nodded and organized it all as sunny and basil raced there, once they arrived sunny hid behind a tree hero and Kel were the first to arrive with Abbi then Aubrey who had her roots showing majorly, Kel had started to wear glasses and swapped his jersey for a tshirt and jeans, Aubrey sported a crop top with black shorts she had gotten a bit muscular and had a gladiolus tattoo, Abbi's hair had gotten longer she wore tentacle earrings and a crop top tshirt with shorts basil wore a crop top like Abby with some overall shorts everyone sat at the blanket and they talked about life when basil pulled out a camera "everyone say new beginnings!" "New beginnings!" The group replied everyone huddled around basil waiting for the photo developed which showed everyone on the blanket and behind them was..."sunny?!" The black haired boy smiled and waved "hey guys I'm back!" Everyone hugged him "hey guys basil caught me up on everyone's things" Aubrey chuckled "really now? Of course you go see basil before us" abbi smiled "yeah and Othermart has been doing well since I got in charge though I am just working to get money for college not everyone is fortunate enough to rack up basketball scholarships..." Kel chuckled "yeah I start after the summer, I'm honestly really excited for this..." hero smiled "Bowen and I opened up our own bakery and deli next town over" Kel nudged him "hey bro show him!"hero looked confused "oh yeah " he held his hand up and there was a nice engagement ring on it "we're also engaged! His parents hated him for it but mom and dad loved the idea...I'm just glad we get to turn a new leaf..." sunny nodded smiling Kel chuckled "so you're moving in with basil?" He nodded "that was the plan we've stayed together this past year have we not?" Basil leaned on him either way, I'm glad to have sunny back " sunny smiled knowing this was the start of something amazing
