Josh POV
End of the day already! I walk halfway down the stairs and wait for her; she is so beautiful. She walks down the hall to me and after a brief hug, I walk with her to the band hall. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do without her in high school.

Brandy POV
I have to tell him. I don't know how much longer I can keep this from him. I found out last night that I'm moving back to Arkansas. Dad got a promotion at his SAMs club office and the office here was recently shut down. I called my friends last night. The first to know was Bethany, my BFFL. We cried all night. My father decided to "protect me" for as long as possible and not inform me that we were moving until two weeks before. Ugh. I'm going to tell him soon... When we're walking out of the band hall.

Josh POV
Brandy seems off I wonder what's bothering her. "Hey, darling are you okay? You seem worried and sad." I voice my worries. She jumps at my question. "O-oh yeah. Umm.. Josh I have something to tell you." I search her face, a face that looks as if it is about to cry. She pulls me over to a corner where we can have some privacy.

Brandy POV
Here goes. "Umm... Listen I didn't know until last night and it's so last minute but ugh. I'm sorry. I'm moving, back to Arkansas, in like two weeks" I try hard not to cry and in order to do so, I can't look at him. He shuffles around for a minute then lifts my chin to look him in the eyes.

Josh POV
Moving? What? Why? I look at her. This isn't the time to freak out. She needs comfort. I lift her chin to look me in the eyes. Searching her face I realize once again that I can't be without her.
