'Start of doom'

Normally aunty would wake up as early as five o'clock in the morning, but today she broke the sleeping record, I just wondered who got her pregnant this time. I carried on with my house chores then I suddenly received a tight slap on my back. It was Lizzy my elder sister. She couldn't stand the fact that I always get to do house chores while she is busking in the sun all morning. "what's wrong now Lizzy?" I asked. she was always petty when growing up. Lizzy suffered from asthmatic attacks and this made her to be Aunt's spoilt brat. Ever since I came to this house I have never seen Lizzy getting her ass whipped, I on the other hand, sustained a couple of injuries due to constant thrashing.

"So you think you are better than me?" Asked Lizzy as she poked me on the face, Lord knows how much I wanted to punch her in the face. But I couldn't do that. "Am sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you", I said. "You better finish quickly I want you to go and give John something" said Lizzy. She got to be kidding me. I was actually tired of playing the messenger between these two. My aunt had forbidden us from being involved in sexual relationships. She claims we are not ready yet, I mean Lizzy finished school last year, and I am left with only two years (we are more than ready).Lizzy has had over five boyfriend's now, I on the other hand, I have never had a first kiss. I just don't like my aunt's rage.

Wait I didn't introduce myself yet, my name is Esther. Just as my mother died, my father's sister,  Aunty Rose took me in. I was my mother's only child so I thought life would be better as I moved in with my aunty. Lizzy is my half elder sister. I must admit, life was really great at the beginning, they treated me like family, but now I feel like an intruder,"Esther!" Exclaimed Rob, I swear people of these house have a habit of screaming unnecessarily,I think one day I'll get a job and leave this house at once, but the problem is that am really terrible at school.

(Next day)

 I so hate mondays, One thing I love about school is meeting my friends, I know it's a bad thing, but it is what it is. My best friend is Lisa. She is very beautiful and friendly. I love her so much but we are always getting into conflicts, then there is Jack, he was my first crush till now, Hehates me to the core, I don't understand why my life is upside down. "Good morning students as you know that projects are around the corner, we have released your partners and project title sogo and check your name and start working" said the teacher. So as I checked my partner, I found out that Jack was the one oh Lord! I always act weird around him, then how will I complete the project with him ...it's about to go down! Should I go to him or he will come to me? I walked over to his desk. His face is so perfect. So I froze, I didn't speak."What do you want?" Asked Jack with a grimace of disgust. I completely embarrassed myself,He immediately left with his friends.

Just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse, then boom! My best friend Lisa is partnering with Alice, I don't really like Alice, she is always after my friends. These days she is becoming too close with Lisa, People think am too jealous, Anyway I just feel that these projects are gonna separate me and my best friend.It started raining on my way  home. I really love it when it rains because I tend to cry and my tears would be disguised as the rain. Crying helps me feel a lot better. When I arrived at home, Ifound people gathered around the kitchen hut. "Lizzy what's going on here?" i asked as I whispered in her ears She didn't answer, she gave me a bitter stare. I didn't know what to do but with my suspicious mind I sat down to listen to their commotion.
