Torture (a jenndrea fanfic)

Chapter 23

*Jenn's POV*

It's been two days since I've been in this hellhole. They didn't really do much torture to me but, I can see what their doing to the other patients. Their doing experiments on them, abusing them, not taking care of them and treating them like shit for no reason.

I was outside, sitting by myself. I guess this is what I'm doing for the next month. No one came out here so I thought this was my perfect escape.

"Hey you?", I hear a voice. Shit perfect escape is gone.

"What?" The person walks closer. I feel like I've seen her before.

"What are you doing out here?", she asks me. That voice I remember that voice.

"Lauren?" I remember meeting Lauren at Jack's party. I talked to her and became friends with her instantly.

"Jenn?" She looks at me.

"Oh my god Jenn what's up?" She hugs me. I hug back.

"What are you doing here?", I ask her.

"Oh uh...just stuff. What about you?"

"I tried to kill myself."

"That's uh...that's actually why I'm here."

"Why did you try to kill yourself?"

"Well uh...my mom died in with a drunk driver. She was always there for me. I can never live without her."

"I'm sorry." I pull her in for a hug. She hugs back, crying on my shoulder. We break the hug and she wipes her tears.

"So how are you and Jack?", she asks changing the subject.

"Oh we broke up."

"Why?"

"He hit me." Lauren nods.

"Hey want a light?" Lauren pulls out two cigarettes from her pocket.

"Holy shit how did you get those?"

"I always had these with me. I'm just very good at hiding things." We laugh. She hands me a lighter and I light my cigarette. We blow out clouds of smoke talking about random things. We both laugh. Maybe it won't be so bad in here.

Hey guys! I feel proud of myself of how many updates I posted.(not being cocky) Anyways, I know this chapter kind of sucked and it was short but, I also really Lauren and Jenn's friendship I wanted them to meet. I hope you liked it as much as I did.
