Episode 7: Access Denied

In the portal network, running from portal to portal and coming out of a world of fire and Jesse says "That was crazy! Why would there even BE a fire world?!?" and Jesse looks towards Lukas and sees his backside is still on fire and they pat the fire out and Lukas says "Thanks, guys." and Lukas pulls out his journal and starts writing in his journal and Lukas says "I marked that one down as "Fire World."." and Petra says "Wow. How'd you come up with THAT gem of a name?" and Lukas says "Okay... did I miss something here?" and Jesse says "Yeah, what's up with you?" and Petra says "What's up with me? What's UP? I'm tired of all this useless portal-hopping trying to find our way home! (Imitating) "What's on the other side of that portal? A lake of fire and netherrack? Awesome! Let's go there!"." and Jesse says "Come on, Petra. I know it's touch, but we're the Order of the Stone! We don't just give up!" and Petra says "Ugh... I know you love your peptalks and all, Jesse, but they don't exactly get us any closer to home, do they?" and Lukas' backside sets on fire again and Jesse says "Lukas, you're on fire again!" and Petra says "See? Ugh... this is what I'm talking about. We're stuck in a rut, go through a portal, avoid dying long enough to get back to this stupid hallway..." and Ivor says "Wash, rinse, repeat... yes. It would be nice if whoever made these left some sort of signs. Guideposts." and Jesse says "It's not like we have directions about how all this works, so of course, there is going to be some trial and error." and Petra says "And error and error and error and error..." and Petra grunts and walks away and Ivor says "Petra, where are you going?" and Petra says "There may not be guideposts, but someone must be able to tell us how to navigate these stupid portals." and Petra stops by a portal and Petra says "Okay, this one's Redstone. Redstone means smart people. Hopefully smart enough to help us find the way home. At the very least, it's gotta be better than "fire world.". and Ivor says "Seems a bit flimsy." and Jesse says "Petra, I promise you, we'll find the portal home!" and Petra says "It's that or die trying, right?" and Lukas says "So what are you saying here, huh? That you've made up your mind? You're just going through this portal and that's it?" and Petra says "Maybe I am. Maybe I'm just saying that I'm tired of Jesse calling the shots. Every. Single. Time." and Lukas says "Whoa." and Ivor says "Yes... whoa." and Jesse says "Someone has to be the leader. And that someone is me." and Petra says "Really? Oh, I don't remember when we all voted to elect you the boss of me." and Lukas says "Whoa, whoa, whoa! Everybody, calm down! I'm sure Jessy didn't really mean that. Right, Jesse?" and Jesse says "I'm sorry, Petra. I think I just got carried away." and Petra says "I accept your apology." and Lukas says "See? It's okay! Friends being friendly! Everybody being cool!" and Jesse says "Petra, if you really think that portal is the one we should go through, then that's what we're gonna do." And Petra says "I do." and Jesse says "Then that's what we're gonna do." and Petra says "Thanks, Jesse." and they all walk through the red portal into the next world. 

In Mesa, the gang falls onto the ground and they look around and Jesse says "Huh. So much for that "redstone hunch" - I don't see any." and Ivor says "Well there's got to be some SOMEWHERE." and Lukas pulls out his journal and Lukas looks out it and Lukas says "Yeah I feel like every world's gotta have redstone. Hang on lemme see here." and Jesse says "Hey Lukas, I've been meaning to ask you - what's that?" and Lukas says "Oh! Ah, it's just a... y'know, a book I picked up back at the White Pumpkin's place. It's all about different biomes and stuff." and Jesse says "Great idea, Lukas." and Lukas says "How, uh, how you doing Petra?" and Petra says "So much for my hunch with that redstone portal, huh? No "advanced civilization" anywhere. I just really thought that redstone meant something." and Jesse says "Hey. Don't beat yourself up, Petra. We've seen worse." and Lukas says "Yeah! No one's on fire, no squids..." and Ivor says "No squids on fire." and Petra says "Maybe you're right." and Ivor looks around and Ivor says "Hm. Would you look at that. Sand." and Lukas says "It looks like some sort of road." and Ivor says "Going to write about it in your little journal?" and Lukas says "Hey, it's not a little... But yes probably." and Jesse says "Ha! A road! That means civilization! It means someone built it!" and Lukas says "I think you're right." and Jesse says "We're not gonna find out where it goes just standing around on it." and Petra says "Jesse's right. Come on."
