Chapter 5: a new mission

I sat lost in thought on the sofa alone while my kids played in the house. Everything that I thought that I was doing wrong for demiurge it made me believe that I was the problem and I wanted to make it up to him but clearly I didn't understand.

it felt like the more I tried the more he would blow me off or make up an excuse, was I really the bad girlfriend in this relationship or maybe I was trying too hard which was making him pull away

"Uh, mom..."

Sota came over to me, making me look up at him.

"What is it, sweetie?"

He seems troubled before saying and Pointing

"Mayu is flying"

I looked and gasped when seeing mayu flying

"Mayu no!"

She almost reached outside before I jumped up and wrapped her in my arms getting a little boost from my wings

"Since when do you know how to fly mayu?"

I asked while holding her

"Dad shows us"

She told me, I tilted my head to the side not knowing who they were referring to but I believe they were talking about demiurge but then watari shouted

"Not dad, it was uncle Vlad"

He said as I sigh but smiled

"So you all can fly?"

I asked as they nodded. I open the door to the backyard as they all took off one by one following the other in a line

"You see mom"

Said Wataru

"We can fly!"

Said watari

"Come on mom, let's go find dad"

Sota said as I didn't think it was a good idea, I was starting to have doubts about it but it seems that the kids really wanted me to, I felt a tug of my kimono as I saw the kids all pulling me to fly with them

"Come on mom!"

Sota said still pulling me so I gave in and released my six wings and took off in the air with them, they giggled with joy, and Wataru Wataru had a race to see who can make it to Nazurick the fastest

Flying with my kids felt nice it just made them so happy to be flying altogether, I guess I was so wrapped up in myself I didn't realize that they had stronger wings to fly. Except for the fact that nazarick was pretty far from how we were flying since the kids weren't fast enough so we would land once in a while for a break and continue on our journey. When we got there I was surprised to see my brother and yuri there

"Hi guys"'

I said well Landing as I heard the kids shout out

"Uncle ainz!"

The zip passed me and crashed into him knocking him over.

"I guess they're Landing still needs help"

I said with a laugh as he asked me what was I doing here I just made up a reason to do so but the kids told him the truth that they wanted to find their dad, he told them where they can find him and quickly the kids jumped off of him and started to hop fly their way into Nazurick.

"I'll get back to you later"

I said and ran after them. My kids were flying behind me as I was searching the hallway to find demiurge
