Chapter 11: grown up

I was making the kid's lunches for school. I was excited, except for demiurge who didn't think that it was necessary for our kids to go to school when Nazarick and Yuki had higher education in teaching them. The reason why I wanted them to go was so they can make friends and to get out of the house instead of just being surrounded by the same people over and over.

"It's not too late to change your mind"

Demiurge said looking at some paperwork

"Demiurge shut it, they will be fine. You'll thank me down the road"

I told him as everything was all done, I called the kids who were all dressed and ready. Well, the ones that weren't excited to go were Sota and Mayu

"You guys look so cute"

I said seeing them in their uniform

"Tell us again why I can't stay home with you and Dad again?"

Question Sota

"I wanted to help him on the farm next week"

He says disappointed

"Because this is a perfect opportunity for you all to actually go to school to make friends when you finally get a higher education you guys can pick whatever career you guys want"

"Mom, did you ever go to school?"

Question the twins

"of course, I did, I graduated all of them except for high school"

I said a little sad by this as Demi-God looked over to me when hearing this

"Why didn't you graduate?"

"My illness got in The way so I had no choice but to drop out. I couldn't even get a job either to help Big Brother and it was practically very hard for him"

"Wait, lord ainz had a job?"

He said shocked making me realize I said too much

"Anyway, children, this is your first time so please be good and no fighting or blowing things up or setting things on fire"

I said looking at watari and Wataru, they promised and headed to the door. I waved to demiurge and took the kids to school. At the gate a lot of kids as heading in after saying goodbye to their parents.

"Now, after school, I will be here to pick you up ok"

"Why can't we fly back on our own?"

Asked sota

Ouch, that hurts

"Well, I thought it would be fun to go back together"

"Mom were not kids anymore, you don't have to"

Watari said as I tried to keep a smile but fell.

"OK. I guess you guys can do it on your own"

I said and was about to go but Mayu stopped me

"Come for me mommy"

She shouted as I looked at her and smiled

"Alright mayu I will"

I gave them kisses and left back home. Once home demiurge knew something was bugging me as I was constantly hitting the knife against the kitchen sink

"Let me guess, they told you off?"

He asks as I threw the knife at him but he caught it

"No, it's just..."

I sigh and went to sit down
