The Legend of the Gobblewonker

It was days like these that the morning sun rises. The Pines kids were having a nice breakfast. Well... Diana was, who was also reading a magazine. But Ken, Dipper and Mabel have one thing on their mind to do today.

As Mabel look at her two brothers and ask. "Are you two ready for the ultimate challenge?"

"We're always ready!" Dipper ready to get this started.

"Yeah!" Ken added.

"Then you know what this means!"

And that ultimate challenge is...!

"Syrup race!" They shouted with excitement.

The three have syrups bottle, with Mabel having Sir Syrup, Dipper having Mountie Man and Ken having the Alaga Syrup Bear.

The three tilt syrup bottles back and start to drip syrup into their mouths.

The three cheer for their syrups to go faster, as Diana, who was reading a magazine, just annoyed the three.

As Mabel say. "Almost... almost..." Mabel then taps the bottom of her bottle and the syrup drips onto her tongue to win. "Yes!"

*cough*

"I won!"

*cough*

"No fair! That's cheating, Mabel!" Ken pointed at her cheating.

"There's no rules we can do that, bro-bro." Mabel smile innocently.

Dipper just roll his eyes and saw something on the magazine that Diana was reading. "Ho ho, no way! Hey guys, check this out." He took Diana magazine to show his brother and sister.

"Hey! I was still reading that!" Diana exclaimed in anger.

As Ken and Mabel look at the magazine, as Mabel gasps. "Human-sized hamster balls? I'm human-sized!"

Ken look a little closer and told his sister. "Dipper talking about this, Mabel." Mabel look to see an ad about 'a monster photo contest.'

"We see weirder stuff than that every day! We didn't get any photos of those gnomes, did we?"

As Diana started to list. "Let's see... you guys encounter gnomes, we face a man that wanted a reward, that's also created mutated animals and re-animated extinct animals. Is there anything else?"

"Nope, just memories. And this beard hair." Mabel said showing them the gnomes' hair.

"Why did you save that?" Diana look at Mabel weirdly.

Mabel just shrug and make a 'I dunno' sound.

Stan walk into the kitchen saying. "Good morning, knuckleheads. You know what day it is?"

"Thursday?"

"Um... Happy anniversary?"

"Mazel tov!"

Diana, Ken and Mabel guess.

Stan slaps Dipper on the back of the head with the newspaper, even though he didn't say anything and told them the answer. "It's Family Fun Day, genius!" Stan then walk over to the fridge and gets out milk to drink it. "We're cuttin' off work and having one of those, you know, bonding-type deals." As Stan sniff the milk.

The kids have unsure faces, as Dipper ask. "Grunkle Stan, is this gonna be anything like our last family bonding day?"

They all share a flashback of when Stan was having the children paint hundred dollar bills and him commenting that they made Benjamin Franklin look like a woman before the police arrive.
