Tim remembers dying. He doesn't know when Ra's' ninjas found him, or how, or why, because dead people don't remember the things that happen while they're dead.
It can't have been too long; Tim pulled up every scrap of information he could find on Lazarus pits the day he was told that Bruce was dead. There is only a small window of time before a corpse is past saving.
Ra's must have done something right because the next thing Tim knew, he was slammed back into life, choking on acid.
