"Ew you slept with socks on?" Nelson walks down his stairs hair a mess from sleep and the night prior. I sit up from the couch rubbing my eyes looking around Jamie slept on the rug beside Max who slept on the long side on the couch. Chris was nowhere to be found but I assumed he walked home.
"How else was I supposed to keep warm its cold as fuck in your house and you didn't give us blankets" I rolled off the couch and follow Nelson into the kitchen
"My bad we all kinda just passed out last night" He says laughing and grabbing cereal from the cabinet and milk from the fridge "Hungry?" I nod at his question and he grabs two bowls.
"Please tell me you pour the cereal first" I ask
"Of course I'm not a monster" he says laughing making us both a bowl of cereal and slides mine towards me. I mumble a thank you and happily eat my share. I smile to myself still finding it so bizarre im here with these guys I was so scared that they'd judge me forgetting that these are my best friends and they wouldn't dare make me feel uncomfortable or insecure.
"What are you smiling at? You look crazy over there" Nelson says looking at me confused laughing
"I find it so cool im here with you guys and in just 5 days ALL of us will be together in Boston" I say shoving a spoon full of fruit loops in my mouth. Nelson nods still chewing but hums in agreement
"I haven't seen Jaren since July last year at Tylers house" Nelson says
"Oh yeah I forgot you guys did that" I say nodding
"You should have came! You would have had so much fun"
"Yeah..But everyone was vlogging and I haven't made a face reveal didn't wanna get in the way"
"Shut up" He shakes his head "you wouldn't get in the way and we could just blur your face out"
I furrow my brows I can't believe I forgot about that they really could just blur my face out..but it wasn't just that, none of them knew what I looked like prior to yesterday and everyone except these guys STILL don't know what I look like..
"I completely forgot that editing exists...OH MY GOD EDITING!" I yelled which caused Nelson to jump and look at me like I was crazy
"Yes...editing?" He stares at me
"No no I have a video I forgot to finish editing and I wanted to get it done before our trip!" I face palm I can't believe I completely forgot
"Oh you can just finish it here then do you have it saved in your software?" He asks and I nod "you can use my office to finish it then" I give him a thankful look and stand up I grab my now empty bowl and walk to the sink giving Nelson an thankful hug on my way
"You can just set it in the sink I'll wash it go edit!" He says standing up with his bowl
"Thank you!" I say and walk upstairs to his office the joys of having content creators for friends. I sit down and log into my stuff and immediately start editing. About an hour or so passes And just as I finish editing I hear a soft knock of the door behind me turning around I see Jamie peek his head in looking around before landing his eyes on me
"Yo! We're going out to get some food if you wanna join?" He asks and smile nodding
"Yeah, I just finished I'll be down there right after I save"
"Dope" He says and closes the door I can hear him walking downstairs telling the others what I said. I turn back around and click save then log out turning his pc off standing up and putting everything back the way it was before I came and interrupted the peace. I left his office walking downstairs to find everyone already staring at me
