As Dream made his way to the market he saw a new restaurant in town and became reminded of the day his mother had left him
Flashback timeee
"mama mama.. please don't leave me I promise I'll be good.." Dream said solemnly.
"Duckling I must leave but I promise I will come back back one day just for you" his mother spoke softly.
"But.. but why are you leaving..." Dream sniffled wiping away tears.
"I will tell you one day my love just wait for me.."
"Promise you'll come back mama..?"
"I promise..." The mother said sadly.
Flashback over
Dream took a mental note to find a new route to the market so he wouldn't have to be reminded about that.
Dream made it to the market and browsed around the place. He knew what he wanted he just wanted to waste time. He eventually found some ice cream and decided to buy it as a little treat even tho he knew he couldn't afford it.
After buying everything he needed to Dream found a different route back home and walked there quietly taking in the plants and trees around him.
