Love at first sight

I don't trust a sunny day.. Because in a blink of an eye it could turn into a stormI believe in the sun after the storm
It promises everything will be fine even after the darkest timeJoon passed the final exam with the highest score. The second position was placed by Chaeyoung. Tight battle, they said.

The third year dorm was filled with laughter and cheers for the past few days.

They were now emptying their dorm and started to move back home. There was sadness and joy when they shared three years living together.

It lived in the memories of their youth.

There was not much time to celebrate.

Everyone was busy preparing for college entrance. Some were applying for college, some had no idea what to do with their life.

Facing uncertainty. Unknown.

To the world and beyond.

Today was the last night before Joon headed back home, he climbed up a bit late. The third year students were having a blast in their dorm. No teacher came to stop them. They only told them to keep it low. He was the dorm leader so he could only leave after everyone got into their room. Even few still sneak out but it won't be his problem anymore.He wouldn't miss a chance to see you.

"Tomorrow your parents will pick you up?" He will miss this little bed of yours that gives no space in between. Keeping you as close as his heart with you.

"Yes, I got a little heavy stuff.." He got a lot of books and some electronics.

"That's good." You murmured.

"You want some of my books? I left notes on them. Easier for you to study."

"That would be a great help." Trust him because he ranked number one. You dropped silent.
Heart aching. Quickly covered them with a smile, "I'll move to third year dorm before holiday." Third year dorm was in farthest side of the main building because they need to concentrate studying for college and all, "I'll probably get a roommate this time." Kath asked if you wanted to share a room with her. She could wink to the care teacher and they would give you to her.

"That's nice. You need someone to look after you. Ask the care teacher if you could share a room with Yuuna." He suggested.

He trusts the girl better than Kath.

You traced his biceps, how could he be this calm.The two of you will separate for a year.. It was a really long time. He wouldn't be able to visit you every weekend. You didn't know you could be this clingy. Maybe he would find that less attractive, you being insecure.

"Baby?" He lifted your chin. You were trying your best not to show him your sadness.

"I'll enter Seoul University too.. Please wait for me until then.." You'll make sure you enter with a great score as well so that you could look at him with your head up.

He chuckled, "Of course, I'll wait for you." He could wait for you to move on from Jimin, he surely could wait to be with you in the future.

"College students are prettier.. There are-"

"No one is prettier than you in my eyes."  He cut your words. You were looking all cute with pouty and sulky face.

"Now you say that.." Things change during college time. It was no secret. It was not that you didn't trust him.. it was just.. you were not confident. College was different.

"Hey, it's true. I was never interested in dating anyone until I met you."

"Was it love at first sight?" You chuckled. Feeling better instantly.

"Was it? I can't see you clearly at that time. I didn't wear my glasses." He only wore his glasses when he ran out of contact lenses.He wore those daily lenses. He couldn't see you clearly that day. However you had a gentle soap scent which is similar to one of his sister fragrances. He remembered it vividly.

"Oh, I love you in glasses! You look like those boys in the novel who were charming, mature and looking all smart. Which you are in real life." He really was!

"Good to hear my girlfriend praising me." His dimples were diving deep, "I will wear my glasses often then."

I couldn't see it even if you wore them often..

You didn't voice those thoughts louder.

"Have you asked your parents about going on holiday with me?" He offered to talk with your parents but you refused. Your dad would make drama and talk nonsense again. So you avoid that. It was better if they straightly rejected the proposal in front of you than with Joon.

"I thought to ask after my exam result came out. Hoping it would be good enough so that they will let me go."

"Let me know if you need me to accompany you talking to them." Since he was older he felt it was his responsibility to ask the permission from your parents.Joon already found a place near university.

Many students from the university are also staying there. Jin's parents had a property in Seoul so he wouldn't stay with Namjoon. Yuuna was also aiming for Seoul University so that she can be with you. You only hope everything goes smoothly. It never was.

"So it was not love at first sight." You continuedYou never tried to impress anyone, it was a bit surprising that he even noticed you. Thanks to Yuuna and Jin.

"Hmm, maybe i started to pay attention since i found you almost bumping into things a few times? I remembered thinking why this girl was so careless. Or she probably had a bad sight too?" "The next thing I know my eyes always look at you making sure you were not bumping into stuff." Indeed you bumped into him. He had that stern look on his face. Yuuna said he had bad eyesight.

"That's embarrassing... You ruined the fairy tale. I shouldn't have asked." Love at first sight was much better, "But thank you for worrying about my eyes."

He laughed, "You are my first first love ever.." "My first for everything. My first girlfriend, my first kiss, my first.." He did not continue that line. "And you'll continue to be all of the firsts in my life." He laced his fingers with yours, kissing your knuckles.

"And your last." You gave him a peck, "Very good Kim Namjoon. You are always able to turn back the situation  with your touching speech."

"Am i getting a kiss or what?"

"Oh, you got more than that.." You climbed up on him, boldly straddling him."Well, whatever it is. I surrender under your care, Missy."
