They accidentally hurt you

Sodomizer:
-You guys were just chilling and you asked if you could see his claws, he accepted and let you see it
-You touched it and it scared/trigger him so he scratched your arm
-As he snaps out of his rage he stares at you and tears started to form, He helped you with the scratch and he keeps on apologizing and crying, begging you not to leave him

Swiss:
-He was in his room practicing a song he made for you and was very focused
-You walked into his room and he got startled and scratched you leg (he was on the floor that time)
-As he realized that it was you he was shocked
-He started to apologize and did everything for you since you can walk properly

Rain:
-Already was in a bad mood since sodo annoyed him
-You realized that he was quite all day so you went into his room and suddenly, He scratched your torso
-You screamed in pain causing rain to snap out of his rage
-He helps you with the scar and apologizing non-stop and sobbing

Mountain:
-Was taking a nap in the abbey garden and you saw him and wanted to join
-you when to lay down with him but you accidentally stepped on his tail
-Mountain got startled and slapped your cheek, he thought you were sodo or swiss trying to annoy him
-He realized that it was you and the moment he realized he was apologizing and crying, begging and hugging you to not leave him..

Aether:
-You and aether were sleeping and cuddling
-Aether was having a nightmare that time, the nightmare was him fighting other ghouls and seeing his relatives getting slaughtered in a young age
-He woke up from the terrible dream and sees you sobbing while he sees the scratches he did to you, he felt so guilty
-He helped you with the scars and told you what happened and apologizing non-stop and kissing you
