(CHAPTER 4: NONSENSE AND REMEMBERING)

"Oh no..." Haida sweat dropped waking up from his sleep. His head was slightly stinging from the hangover.

Suddenly a ringing sound was on his phone, he looked at it and it was an unknown number. Sighing a'bit he answered the call.

"Hello..?" Haida grunts. "Haida! How are you doing?" Y/N's voice was suddenly heard from the call, the hyena eyes slightly widened.

"A-Ah Y/N! How did you get my number?" Haida asked, a small chuckle can be heard from the phone. "I got it from Retsuko don't worry, Now how are you doing? Feeling okay now after what happened last night?"

"Erm.. I guess so? To be honest I don't exactly remember what happened.." Haida sweat dropped chuckling nervously. "I didn't do anything.. right?" He asked to the bunny.

Only a profound silence was heard until a chuckle was heard once again. "Let's just say.. it was interesting." Haida sweat dropped more after what Y/N said. Gosh what did he do now..

"I have to go now, I was just really checking if you were okay. I'll meet you later at work. Goodbye Haida!" Y/N said, Haida only sighed and says goodbye too before ending the call.

He laid down in the bed for a minute looking at the roof lost in thoughts. After a minute he finally stood up and ready himself.

"Ah finally, Hello Haida." Y/N smiled at the walking hyena who seems laid back. "Sup."

The two was in their locker room with both of them changing his clothes for the work. Haida eyes were catching a glimpse to the Bunny next to him, before suddenly Y/N looked at him.

"Something's wrong Haida?" Y/N asked, Haida panicked and his face reddens of embarrassment. "N-No it was nothing.."

The bunny tilted his head a'bit in confusion before shrugging. Haida only sighed before they finished changing.

Now, the two was walking around the halls towards the workplace, where they met Retsuko and Fenneko next to the entrance.

"Well well, the two of you seems happy did something happened last night?" Fenneko grinned, Haida looked at her with a confused look while Y/N was chuckling.

"Last night? What do you mean by that.." Haida asked, "Didn't you remember? Y/N carried you on your house. Gosh just how many drinks did you have?" Fenneko sighed.

"W-What?! Why didn't you tell me earlier Y/N?!" Haida said with a shocked flushed face. Y/N only looked at him and shrugged. "I just guess that it wasn't that important."

"Still you could have just told me so! I didn't do anything bad didn't I..?" Haida became slightly worried hoping for an answer. Y/N grinned at him, "Well.. Let's just say it was quite amusing." He said before going ahead to his seat.

"What is that supposed to mean?!" Haida cried, Fenneko only chuckled while Retsuko was sweat dropping on what just happened.

"There there, just get back to to your table we'll continue talking on break later." Fenneko said, Retsuko nodded at agreement, "Good luck Haida." She said before the two also went ahead and started working.

Haida looked at the three especially Y/N who's chugging on a water bottle before typing again. He only sighed in defeat before he started to go to work.

Y/N yawned while staring at the computer, he was already tired even though it has only been an hour. "You good there?" An unrecognizable voice said, he turned around to see a fox standing next to his station.

"Erm.. Who are you exactly again?" Y/N asked, the person only looked at him in disbelief. "Y-You serious? I have been next to your table since your first day!"

Stare. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .~

“Ohh... Well sorry, I never really focus myself that much on my surroundings.“ Y/N said with a blank stare. I mean yeah he doesn't really care or seem to mind to look around first because work is the one thing that came into his mind. The fox only looked at the rabbit, sighing in the process.

"N-Nevermind.. I'll just introduce myself, the name's Ookami! Nice to see you new rookie, I've been seeing you around." The fox who is now Ookami introduced himself as he lend one of his hand out while smiling to Y/N who took his hand and shakes it.

"Pleasure to meet you, I think you already know my name but I'm Y/N." Y/N flicked his ears, he smiled back at the fox.

The two looked at each other, There isn't really anything for the two to talked about, so now they are just staring at each other with a silence. The two sweat dropped at the awkward feeling.

"Soo... Talk to you maybe later..?" Ookami said, breaking the silence the two was having. Y/N sighed, "Sure. Hope to see you again." He smiled while looking at the fox who nodded and went towards to do his own thing.

'Well that was something..' the rabbit thought. He looked at his computer again, mainly containing files, folders, and more stuff. He groaned, Y/N stands up from his chair and walks away to the office to find the nearest vending machine.

As he finally reached a nearby vending machine, he used one of his coins and picked the coffee one, after a few seconds a small can of coffee falls down the vending machine. He picked it up and opened it before drinking the whole can of it. "That's the good stuff!" Y/N moaned with his ears ringing slightly.

He looked around at his surroundings before looking back at the can of coffee, 'I've only started working here for a week, I never expected many different events will happen.'

'At first, I've thought about resigning this job. But after staying here for a while.. It wasn't half as bad.' He smiled. He drank the coffee again before finishing it, throwing the can to a trash can. Y/N took a breather for a second before he started walking towards his office.

'Things happen in many hours and even minutes, i wonder what'll happen next?'

(A/N: Yes I know I've been gone for so long, don't ask why. Yeah this is basically just a nonsense chapter, that's why the title has 'nonsense' but hey, we met Ookami. Don't know how long I'll update this but hopefully not too long. :) )
