Hello, welcome to Phoenix Soul Entertainment, we are always looking for talented and responsible people who want to be part of our family and support this beautiful project, if you like our work and want to help us please read the following requirements and carefully fill out the form in our description.

Requirements:

🔥Be responsible and committed to our work. We ask you to be responsible and committed as we have a responsibility to our idols, trainees and the people who ask for our help, every thing that the agency asks the staff is for the benefit of those people we serve, our mission is that people fulfill their dreams, without commitment or responsibility I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to achieve it.

🔥Professionalism. In order to optimally serve our trainees, applicants, idols, etc... we must be professional, if you want to be part of our staff you must be very respectful and formal when dealing with the people who are part of our agency and other people.

🔥 Respect. As we said before, the idea is to serve in the best possible way to the people who seek our support and for this we must be respectful among us and with our trainees, idols, applicants and more, finally more than a team we are a family and we must support and respect each other to create a good environment.

🔥Respect confidentiality. Nothing of what is said or done in our agency should be revealed to people who are not part of our agency, by being part of our staff you agree to maintain confidentiality and not tell external people or other agencies our privated information, because if you do you will be on our blacklist.

🔥Passion. It is not necessary that you are a professional in the area you want to join (if you are and you want to help us, welcome! but it is not mandatory), what we do require is that you have passion and love for what you do and basic knowledge of the area you want to join.

🔥Follow us. You will need to follow this account and the account of our CEO and co-director found in our description. If you have any questions you can ask them privately or leave them here.

The areas available in our agency are:

🍓Judge in live auditions.

🍓Design and/or editing of future videos, promotional images, etc....

🍓Graphic area (covers, banners, etc.).

🍓Advertiser

🍓Manager of future artists of our agency.

🍓Literary help in future sections.

🍓Dance coach.

🍓Singing coach.

🍓Spiritual coach.

🍓Psychology. (In this category it IS required to be a professional or have advanced knowledge in the subject since it is the mental health of our trainees and idols).

🍓Music Producer.

🍓Composition.

🍓Cration of concepts for future ensembles or soloists.

🍓English teacher (For this area we require intermediate or advanced knowledge).

🍓Spanish teacher (For this area we require intermediate or advanced knowledge).

🍓Korean teacher (For this area we require intermediate or advanced knowledge)

🍓Japanese teacher (For this area we require intermediate or advanced knowledge)

We remind you that in none of these areas you will be remunerated financially since we are an agency that is just starting and we work on a non-profit basis, we work for the pure love of art and for our mission to fulfill the dreams of our artists and aspiring artists, however, in certain cases we may remunerate you for your work in another way, either with promotion or help of some kind.
