Behind The Scenes Of Harry Potter (Emma Watson X Natalie Gray)

Part 1

I was heading back from school after a long day of school as my friends were chatting, until suddenly a friend says to me, "Nat, you really should try out for Sofia Evans." I stare at them blankly, "Who is that?" All of my friends looked dumbfounded as one of them bellowed in my ears, "HERMIONE FREAKING GRANGER'S LOVE INTEREST OF COURSE!" "Okay, Okay, I'll audition I guess." I responded my ears still somewhat throbbing. "Where even are the auditions?" I ask one of my friends and they point to a random spot near my house. "Alright, see you guys tomorrow I guess." I half mumble and then walk back to my house flopping onto my bed in exhaustion.

I woke up, my eyes having dark circles around them as I read the alarm clock next to me.

I decide to roll out of bed and change, going to my desk and signing up for the auditions while I was out of bed. There was at least an hour before anyone got up in the house so I decided to murmur my lines to myself practicing for the audition which was in a couple of weeks as I remembered.

An hour passed, and I decided to head downstairs to find my mom cooking breakfast taking a break from my lines. "Hi, Mom." "Oh, Hello Natalie, what are you doing up so early?" She asked questioningly. "Uh, well I was practicing my lines for the audition I'm doing for the Harry Potter movie." I said and then it dawned on me, I hadn't even told her I signed up, oh I was dead. "What did you just say?!" She said angrily, but spoke again quickly not even allowing Natalie to respond. "YOU AUDITIONED FOR A MOVIE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?" She boomed."Uh well you see, my friends thought I should aud-" "Don't you dare blame your friends on this, go to your room now.' She said in a slightly calmer voice after taking deep breaths. I sped away quickly not wanting her to change her mind and give me a punishment or something as I closed the door lightly deciding to going back to murmuring my lines.

I head to the spot of the audition and sit next to a red-headed boy. "Hi, I'm Rupert." The boy said as I responded "I'm Natalie, what part did you audition for?" "Ronald Weasley." He said almost immediately as I said, "Oh cool , I'm auditioning for the part of Sofia Evans." I say happily and then my name was called, "Welp, guess it's my turn. Hope you get the part!" I say to Rupert and he says, "You too!" I then walk up and say my lines with as much confidence as I could gather, the director seemed pretty impressed and then I walked away smiling ear to ear.

A couple of weeks later, I checked my computer with little hope and then saw a message and my face lit up as I read it. "I GOT THE PART!" I bellowed across the entire house and my entire family came in and gave me a big hug, even my mom seemed to forget that I didn't ask her for permission.

This is flat out the best day ever.
