Team Shantae, Zuri, Vegeta, Tien, and Chiaotzu were just relaxing, hoping nothing bad would happen.
Bolo: I can get used to this.
Wrench: Squawk! Squawk! (Don't get to used to it! A villain could attack us at any moment!)
Sky: Wrench is right! We gotta be ready in case Scuttle Town gets an unexpected visitor!
Tien: It's always good to be prepared!
Chiaotzu: Yeah!
Just then, Zuri and Vegeta heard a voice.
King Kai: Zuri! Vegeta!
Zuri and Vegeta: King Kai?
King Kai: Lord Beerus is coming to Earth!
As soon as Vegeta heard that, he froze and started swearing violently.
Vegeta: What!? Y-you're telling us that L-L-Lord B-B-Beerus is coming here??
King Kai: Yes! Make sure nobody angers him, or else he'll destroy us all!
Zuri: Okay! Thanks King Kai!
King Kai: You're welcome! Good luck!
King Kai ended the link. Vegeta stood there shaking and sweating.
Shantae: Who were you guys talking to?
Zuri: One of My dad's teachers: King Kai.
Bolo: King Kai? Isn't he the one who trained Goku?
Vegeta: Yes. And he said Lord Beerus will be coming to Earth!
Tien and Chiaotzu froze.
Chiaotzu: L-L-Lord B-B-Beerus!?
Tien: O-Oh C-Crap!
Shantae: Lord Beerus?
Rottytops: Who's he?
Vegeta: He is the God Of Destruction! He is also very quick to anger! Even the slightest mistake will piss him off and make him want to destroy Earth!
Vegeta proceeded to tell Team Shantae about Beerus and how terrifying he was. After the explanation, Shantae and her friends were terrified.
Shantae: When is Lord Beerus coming?
Tien: We don't know! But he could be here at any minute!
???: Or I could be behind you.
Everyone froze. Beerus, the God Of Destruction, and his angel attendent, Whis, has arrived.
