The next day, I enter the office and straight away go into his cabin. I stop beside him shuffling some papers in my hand to find his schedule.

I start speaking as I find it "Good Morning Sir! Today your first meeting is at 10 am, which is 1 hour from now. Please..." I stop mid sentence as I see him trying hard to tie a tie.

"Morning Ms. Langston!" He speaks looking at his tie continuing to tie it. Sorry, trying to tie it.

He was looking soo, cute. I start giggling looking at how hard he tries. He looks vulnerable.

"What makes you laugh Ms. Langston?" He asks. Shit! He looks furious.

"I'm sorry sir. You were trying to tie this tie. And you just looked...." I stop.

"I just looked what?"

"Looked vulnerable." I squeeze my eyes shut as I say the word. I can't believe this that, I just said this to my boss. Won't like to be fired on my second day, would I?

"Vulnerable?" He says. His voice seemed dark and scary.

I flutter open my eyes and see him standing in front of me. He walks towards me folding the tie in his hand. I walk back, my back touches the wall and I stop. He comes closer to me, till there is no space between us.

"You don't even know Ms. Langston, how vulnerable I can make you feel, with this tie, on my bed." He whispers to me.

A pool of wetness forms between my legs hearing his words. He brings his face closer to mine and my heart beat fastens.

The door flies opens without a knock. A young lady enters in and we both look at her. She stares at us, not us, me.

"What are you doing, Davis?" She inquires and he walks back.

"I was just asking Ms. Langston, to tie my tie for me." He explains showing the tie.

"I can do it for you, honey." She proceeds towards us. "You can leave." She says looking nastily at me.

Do I look nasty today? Definitely not.

Bitch!

I walk out without a word.
....

After 1 hour, I complete reading a file and take it to him for his signature. I open the door swiftly without a knock and that bitch looks at me that way again.

I glare at her and walk to him and say stopping beside him "Sir, I have gone through this file. Everything's alright in this." I open the last page and ask "Please sign here, sir." I look at his tie, it looks miserable.

"How dare you enter in, without knocking? Don't you know how an employee behaves?" She hisses.

"I know it very well, mam." I shoot back.
"Please sign here quickly, sir." I add.

"How could you speak to me like that?!"

"Like what?" I inquire raising my brows.

"Who the hell are you?!" She asks frustrated .

"Ms. Langston, you can leave now, and Hailey, she is Miss Ivanna Langston. My new personal assistant. And I have allowed her to enter in without knocking." He signs the file and I pick it up.

"How could you?" She asks narrowing her eyes.

"Each time she used to enter in, she asked 'may I come in?' it irritated me. So, I allowed her to do so."

Lies, he never told me that. But he just stated it, so I won't ask while coming in from next time.

Hailey seemed irritated hearing that. "Even, the Office irritated you! What about that? Why did you join back?"

Wait, What? He hated office? It didn't seem that way, looking how he explained the office work to me. But, that he doesn't know how to tie a tie, supports Hailey's statement.

She looks at me and hisses again "What are you waiting for? He just asked you to leave."

I look at his tie again and say "It's not properly tied. Here, let me set it right."

I pull him by his tie in my direction and his arm chair rolls in my direction. I tie it again neatly and set it back. "Done."

"Thank you, Cupcake." He smiles lightly.

Seeing all this and specially hearing the word 'cupcake', she becomes furious and leaves the room, slamming the door hard.
I don't know why he calls me cupcake but, honestly, it feels good.

"She left at the right time, anyways, its the time of your conference, sir." I say looking at my watch.

I turn my gaze to him, only to find him looking at me already. He was smirking, what was going on in his mind, again?! Oh God!

"Ms. Langston, why were you talking to Hailey like that? Were you jelous of her?" He asks still smirking.

"I.... Uhm... I... It's the time for conference. Let's go, or you would be late." I say showing my watch to him.

"Okay." He laughs and stand up.

We both walk out of his cabin. He was behind me. He holds my hand in front of all the employees, to stop me. I look back at him and see him smiling at me.

"Attention everyone, She is my new assistant Miss Ivanna Langston. Few of you may have already seen her yesterday. I expect your warm welcome for Ms. Langston. Thank you, you all may continue your work." He introduces me to the whole staff.

He just introduced me. To the whole staff. Fuck! I feel flustered.

"I just helped you, introducing yourself to everyone, you introvert. You can not work in this office without friends, forever. Can you?" He whispers in my ear.

"No, I can't." I smile looking down.

"You really don't know how to behave with your boss, Cupcake. Where's my thank you?" He frowns.

"Sorry sir, Thank you." I smile harder showing my teeth.

"Your welcome, Ms. Langston. Let's go to the conference room now."
...

The meeting went well. He was hell confident while showing and speaking about the presentation. And looked soo damn hot as he walked around explaining to everyone.

It was evening already. I went back home and did some work. And went to sleep after seeing a movie on Netflix.
