PAGE FORTY-FOUR
It was two in the morning and Isuzu was still awake. Rokudo woke up. Little by little he opened his eyes. He then saw Isuzu right next to him and felt relieved that she was still there but he knew she wasn't going to be there forever. So he decided to make the best of the time he had left with her. He put his arms around Isuzu and whispered in her ear:
Rokudo:. I love you.
Isuzu hear every last word and it made her fill worm inside. She reapplied:
Isuzu:. I love you more.
At a point they fell asleep in each others arms. Time passed on and it was time for Isuzu, Ranah and Akiko to leave.
Akiko:. Yes , today has finally come. Toru here I come.
Ranah:. I can't believe it has been two weeks already
Isuzu:. It's time I go back home.
Ranah got out of bed and wanted to go to the bathroom. She stood up and Izumi hugged her from behind and said in her ear:
Izumi:. I'm sorry I can't come with you. I have to stay here. I know you can't stay here either. But I really don't want to be so far away from you again. I wish we could be together forever in the same place.
Ranah started crying. She couldn't stop after all she was living Izumi again. She turned around and hugged Izumi and said.
Ranah:. I wish I could stay but I made a promise and I and I ,I
Izumi:. I know and I won't hold it against you.
Ranah:. Once a month if you're not busy please came and visit me and I promise I will come and visit you.
Izumi:. Let's make it twice a month.
Ranah:. No three.
As for Isuzu and Rokudo they were still holding each other in bed. Neither Rokudo nor Isuzu wanted to let go. Isuzu knew she still needed to leave so she decided to go and get ready. She let go of Rokudo so she could get out of bed. Rokudo felt her grip getting looser so he made his titer. He clinged to her and he didn't want to let go.
Rokudo:. Just a little longer, please.
Isuzu:. Always
Isuzu and Rokudo held on to each until the afternoon. It was 12:00pm and at this point they had to leave. Rokudo let go of Isuzu and she let go of him. They were completely silent. Isuzu went to the bathroom and got ready. She came out and they were still silent. Rokudo got out of bed and put on appropriate clothes. He extorted Isuzu down stairs were they met Ranah Akiko and Izumi
