We was all lined up while filming the tattoo shop video.

We had the people comin in that we was gon be tattooin.

I ain't never did this shit before and I ain't artistic at all so I'm scared as hell.

Everybody had introduced themselves and told us why they wanted to be here then we got to the last girl who looked oddly familiar.

"Hi, I'm Monáe Dallas. I'm just here cause my homegirl forced me to be".

She said makin everybody laugh.

I was burning holes in her face tryna figure out where I know her from.

I kept repeating her name in my head until it came to me.

We dated junior year of high school.

She broke up wit me cause she felt I wasn't payin her no mind and was bad at communicating, I just had some shit goin on that she ain't know about.

She was my lil anime nerd and I was one freshman year, I still am.

"Well I'll be damned".

I said laughin to myself causin everybody to look at me.

"What's funny nigga"?

Kai asked makin me laugh harder.

"Nothin, let's continue".

They was asked who they wanted to be tattooed by and I think she remembered me cause she chose me.

They was asked more questions and her friend got it right so she had the first pick and she picked me.
