Another Time, Another Place/Larry Mullen Jr/Boy era

I was laying down on the grass reading my book one of my favorites, Valley of the Dolls by Jacqueline Susann which was made into a film in 1967 with my favorite actresses, Sharon Tate as Jennifer North and Barbara Parkins as Anne Welles, it was an interesting film and an interesting book it was a gift from my best friend, Anne on Christmas five years ago I finally decided to read it.

I closed the book and put it down and looked at the tree above me and watched the leafs move in the wind I closed my eyes and sighed, inhaling the fresh air. It was a nice afternoon, a bit cold but nice I liked the weather like this and wished it was like this all the time in Dublin, I opened my eyes and got up from the ground grabbing my book and my bag and headed home.

I got home and my cat, Thundercat was sitting on the kitchen chair, sleeping peacefully I pet her and my phone rang "hello?" I said picking up the phone

"Hey, it's me Anne!"

"Anne! Hi, what's going on?"

"Nothing much just here, but hey listen me and Adam are having a party tomorrow and I wanted to invite you cause your my friend, yeah?"

"Uh sure, yeah sounds fun, I'll see you tomorrow"

"Ok see ya! Bye"

I hung up the phone and smiled I went upstairs and opened my closet, I put on my white nightgown to get ready for bed I took my book out of my bag and everything else out of it I turned off my light and turned on my night stand light and went under the covers and fell asleep.
