Felix and oscar[ On Going]

4/ eviction notice

There was an eviction notice on his the eviction notice said

"You have been given a total of [6 time] to [state actions to be taken to avoid eviction]. You have [ 7 days, at least the minimum required by law] to surrender possession of the premises located at [162 avenue] to [Your (Landlord/Property Manager) Felix], or to the landlord's authorized agent or attorney. February 22, 2022".

Shit were am I going to get the money for a attorney I mumble . Mr Thomas says "what's wrong is there a problem". Yea I didn't pay the rent for the last month or two so I have to go to court and pay the money or get kicked out. Well um it's going to sound weird but you can stay with me for a while. No it's okay I'm fine I'll just pay my last savings for an attorney Felix said. I have a extra room were you can stay so you won't have to sleep on a couch. Are you sure I can stay with you for a while Felix said. Because your my boss and I work for you. It's going to be fine no one well think of anything. Okay well thank you when I get the money I promise I'll pay you back.

Felix grabs unlocks his door and grabs his coffee from Mr Thomas . He closes the door behind him and smiles as he put his coffee down. And looks around "damn my room is a real miss" . He starts cleaning up a bit he got tired so he went to bed. He woke up a 5:30 this time to get ready. When he got done and dressed and when he opened the door it was Mr Thomas. What are you doing here . " I came to help move some of your stuff to my house". "But it's 7:30" Felix said " well the earlier the better" Mr.thomas said" "I move your stuff to my house and you just go to work okay". Felix agrees ass Felix give me the elevator and go outside he sees someone waiting for him next to a car. Mr Thomas told me to pick you up and take you to work. I replied "Um okay".

The driver open the door for Felix and Felix gets into the car. Then the driver go to his side and gets in the car. The driver starts driving to work when the driver gets there he opens the door for Felix. Thank you Felix said and walked away. Felix took the elevator to his floor and when he got there he sat in the desk. 9pm arrive and Mr.thomas is waiting for Felix next to his car. When feelings got outside he saw Mr Thomas waiting for him Felix walks to his car slowly. "Are you ready Felix".

Yea again thanks for letting me stay with you a bit. "No problem" . Mr Thomas opens the door for Felix and Felix gets in the car and Mr Thomas gets into the car as soon as we get there. I notice how far it was from his building very far. We get out the car and he opens the door as we go in and he says " you can have a house tour tomorrow" and shows me to my room. I take my shoes of and flops on the bed couple minutes later I fell asleep. The next morning I got up pretty late so I panic. Mr Thomas comes in and said " you don't have to go to work today". I sigh in relief "Mr Thomas" call me Oscar he said. "Well Oscar were are you going your all dressed up". "I have a meeting with my other colleagues" but I'll be back soon.

Leaves and Felix starts walking around the house wow it's all so black Felix said.

"Why do he have so many rooms and he lives by himself" Felix said to himself.

And as I was looking around I walked into his private office I guess he left it open. And on the desk I found.

I ran out of the room and closes the door "wtf what is he doing with that stuff" Felix said to himself. Felix stomach growls so he looks for a kitchen as he was looking he say a house keeper/ maid. She walks up to him "hi you must be Felix Mr Thomas told me you were coming"......... To be continued
