--Pete's P.O.V.--
There must be something wrong with me, I can't stop thinking about a girl I haven't even met. Well, after I realized I had nothing to do I decided to go get some more CDs. I put on a red shirt with a pair of black skinnies with my favorite converse. Then I put on black eyeliner then headed out. Right as I walked out of the house I heard this, "Where are you going so early?" It was my mom. I replied " To Ben's Music Store to pick up some CDs." " Stay safe," she shouted as I walked out the door once again. After 10 minutes I reach the music store, walked in and scanned the punk pop, punk rock, and alternative rock sections. I looked up and saw that mystery girl looking at the same genres. From the way she dresses I could of guessed that. Oh shit, she looked up. " Hi, I'm Pete Wentz" trying not to sound like a total dork. " I'm Vicky Wittingham." Her voice was so beautiful and gentle. "Well, this is awkward" I sighed. "Wait aren't you that guy who I saw yesterday walking down the street." " Wow 'that guy' is the best you come you with," I said. We both chuckled. Her laugh was so adorable.

He had a soft side that made me smile, and his laugh made me laugh. " Do you want to hang out, sometime?" I asked.
I felt an instant click when he looked me in the eyes and said "I'd love to." "Where do you want you to meet?" I asked wanting him to choose. "How about the park tomorrow at 12 ?" He asked so politely, how could I say no,"sure" I replied. We talked for awhile until I found 4 CDs then checked out. Before leaving we exchanged numbers, I smiled like an idiot the whole way home. When I came home It was about 5 pm, I didn't feel like doing anything, but my mom called and said it was time for dinner, after I ate 2 slices of pizza I walked upstairs and grabbed clothes then hopped in the shower. When I came out of the shower I heard the sound of glass braking, then I heard my mom scream. I started to run down stairs then paused at the top. I saw a tall man with brown hair and a gun pointed at my mom'a head. I quickly ran back up to my room and called 911. My heart was pounding, I didn't know what to do. Not 5 minutes later the cops showed up as the man tried to walk out of the house. Yes. They got him, he had all the money out of my mom's purse, my computer, my mom' s phone, and and her diamond ring. After the police put the robber in the car we got back everything and went inside. I texted Pete and told him I couldn't make it tomorrow. He texted back directly, he asked why. I couldn't lie to him. So I told him everything, then he stopped texting me. I got I call, it was Pete. "Are you ok, " asked sounding genuinely concerned. I replied with " ya but my mom isn't she is just staring at a pack of gum," then I started crying realizing my mom could have been killed today. " I'll be over in 5. Don't do move." " Ok" I said trying to stop crying. I texted him my address. Then like 6 or 7 minutes later I heard a car pull in. " Who's here?" My mom asked not looking up. "My friend, Pete" I replied with a chuckle, we had just met and we are friends. My thoughts were interrupted by Pete's knocking. I opened the door to see Pete, tons of candy, and 2 packs of 24 Coke-Cola. I invited him in and my mom looked up for the first time since the police officers left. I introduced them.

As soon as I heard the news I went to the store and grabbed Coke and candy, then raced over. Her mom had been traumatized. So I came over to help calm everything down and ended up having the best time. I don't know how, but everyone was laughing even Vicky's mom. I ended up sleeping in Vicky's bed with her. It was soo awkward, but she ended up falling a sleep after we talked about each other. I was still awake. I ended up boring myself to sleep.
