Filters were created by humans to hide themselves from the world. We found a way to put on a virtual mask to add an extra layer to our true self. Some of us use it as entertainments, just a way to pass time but the others used it as an opportunity to unleash their true self.
But we used filters way before it was invented technically. We used them when we want or need to hide our true emotions or feelings when we are in the company of people we don't usually hate but don't actually want to be around. The most advance people can used them even around people they feel safe. Its just a way to defend ourselves in our most vulnerable stage.
It was the same case for Havid. Havid was a fellow senior in high school. He was living a normal life like his fellow pals, just trying to find girlfriends, graduating and try to get in a decent college. He was the popular but always alone type of guy. Always eating alone, studying alone, sitting alone but strangely friends with everyone.
But what no ones knew was, how Havid actually was. His true self, the one that nobody ever saw except his dead parents, sister and his followers on his secret account. The reason why Havid was always alone, wasn't because he's shy or an introvert. The real reason was much much more than that.
Recently, there was a series of events of murdering and kidnapping events. After 10 months of endless searching the murderer was found. He was a 50 old dude who one day, woke up and decided to go on a killing spree. He confessed that he did in fact kidnapped and maybe tortured the people he kidnapped but never killed anyone of them. He proclaimed that they all vanished after exactly 2 days and 6 hours 'span. And admitted that it made him go crazy.
This news was the hot topic for months, but no one still this day was able to say where the victims went or if they are still alive or not. But after 8 months, everyone sort of forgot about it. The only one that still had their mind on this, was the master mind of all of this. Havid's parents and sister were the victims of this killing spree. This event made Havid turned into a more even self-cornered person. Havid even made a secret account to still makes people aware of this case and never let it begin a forgotten case.
Although his secret account wasn't so secret to the people, they just let him be cause they were feeling quite Sympathy towards him. Everyday he would checked if there was any new comments that could help the case but there was none. This made him relieved, he always proceed by saying " I will never let this case get old...who would want their hard work getting forgotten like that..."
Havid proceed to log off and go take a nice steamy hot shower......
