We have been taught that the people who birthed you, the people who have the same blood line as you IS YOUR FAMILY. They will always have your back no matter what, always support you in every single way they can. They will be your confidantes for your whole life and they will be there your whole life. Also, it has been engraved in our minds that family always comes first! Its all true but what they didn't told us was that YOUR FAMILY doesn't always have to be the people who gave you life. Begin blood-related doesn't means that they are your family. You don't have to force yourself to be with these people your whole life.

This was the case of little Missy. Missy was a young soon to  enter adulthood girl. The thing about her, was just that she was fake. She was a fraud. She never let everyone see her real self. She was always acting up. With her family, friends, even strangers, no one knew her real self.

Missy  portrayed herself as a nonchalant type of person. She always try to be kind, act nice, never be judgemental towards others. She was tried to act like she doesn't care about what people thinks about her. She was indeed successful. No one really noticed ever and just assumed that she was how she acted. Missy was strong, Even if she didn't think she was, Missy had mastered the talent of having two identities. One was what everyone saw and one who was the actually her.

Missy was suffering from many things. She was fighting with herself and she won every single time but for how long?

Missy was lucky, She saw and experienced what the real world is at a very young age. With being in a endless loop of mental breakdowns, anxiety, depression, made her realised that she indeed had no one to guide her. She got lost in the journey of trusting and finding herself. She got so lost that now even when she try to go to the right way, she ends up feeling it was wrong.

Missy was grateful that she learnt it sooner than others but at what cost. She lost her faith, lost her trust, she lost herself. Most people learns from how to act by watching people close to them, Missy did that, just instead of  behaving like them, she made sure that she never becomes like them. Thanks to that, she has a different pov of people, society, the world. How selfish it can be. And that was all because of her family she was born into. It actually helped her to becomes someone that can find her way in this world.

While everyone were searching for perfection, Missy was finding the beauties in the imperfection that life really is. While everyone were fighting to go at the top, she was enjoying being at the bottom looking at how low people can go to achieve the "perfect life". She doesn't have to be perfect cause perfect only means betraying people who cares about you, betraying yourself.

Missy is still on her journey, she is tired but she is determined to find who she really is, no matter if it will be good or not...
