The One Who Knew (Harry Potter)

The First Task -- Part One

I woke, shivering, in the dark of night. Stars twinkled up above, letting off an eerily beautiful light. Everything seemed peaceful, at rest. But there was only one problem.

"Where am I?" I asked nobody in particular (mainly because I wasn't aware of anyone else being there).

"Riah, don't you mean 'where are we?'" A voice asked beside me. I jumped, startled, but then realized that it was only Kayliegh.

"Gosh, Kay, don't scare me like that!"

She smiled sheepishly. "Sorry!"

I sighed. "It's okay. We've just gotta figure out where we are."

I stood, holding my hand out to Kay. She took it and pulled herself up.

"Woah..." She whisper-yelled, pointing up in front of us.

I looked up, only to see a beautiful, medieval-like castle. It was really cool.

I pulled her hand and ran up to the castle. "Come on, Kay!" I called over my shoulder. She started running too, but by then, I had already stopped. Right there stood a tall man with long, white hair and a super long white beard. Basically, he looked awesome.

"Ah, Miss Blackburn. I have been expecting you and Miss Knox."
