Kakashi fiddled with the stick in his hand. He had found the stick outside and taped a rubber band on it that he
could stretch and play with. There weren't many toys in the orphanage so he always made his own.

Kakashi watched his stick be snatched out of his hands, his eyes widening as he looked up to see Semi.
"What's this garbage? A stick!?" He laughed "are you really playing with a stick, cotton top!" Semi laughed, Kakashi's
checks turning red from the stupid nickname.

Kakashi stood up to look bigger, but he was a little bit shorter than Semi, who was seven while Kakashi was only
six. "Give me back my stick! And stop calling me cotton top!" Kakashi yelled, as he reached for the stick. Semi held
the stick up high, and taunted him for being short.

Semi backed up after a while, a couple kids looking over at the commotion "you love it so much?" He asked.

Kakashi didn't move, nervous. Semi grabbed two sides of the twig, and snapped it in half, a awful smirk on his face
as he did so. Kakashi breathed in shakily, tears starting running down his face as he silently started sobbing.

Semi laughed "Cotton top sad?" He threw the stick to the ground "fetch!" He laughed.

Obito swaddled his lion plushie in his lap, smiling to himself but perking up at the sound of crying. He turned
around and saw Semi bullying another kid. Obito stood up, ever since he came to this orphanage he made it his goal
to always stop Semi from bullying all the younger people.

Obito was one of the older kids, being 7-8 he could easily make Semi stop his constant put downs. Obito stood
up, and walked over to them, Semi looking at Obito and rolling his eyes.

"What? Gonna play hero or something? This is my business alright" Semi stated, trying to look tough even though
Obito could probably easily beat him.

Obito made a mad expression "why would you break it? Do you get amusement watching other peoples sorrow? If so,
you're a monster, and you don't deserve parents anyway" Obito stated, kids gathering around to see them.

Semi looked mad, and was about to punch Obito when he pushed Semi to the ground, Obito grabbing the sticks from
Semis hands. Semi tumbled back, and ran off, he looked shaken from the sudden push. Probably because Obito had never
actually hurt him.

Obito turned around to the crying boy, and felt bad, his stick was snapped in half and he couldn't fix it. Obito got an
idea and grabbed the silverettes arm, him looking up confused. Obito smiled "come with me" he stated.

Obito walked the boy to the spot he was previously at, and handed him his lion plushie "here, I know Semi takes all your
toys so you can have mine" he exclaimed, the boy hesitantly taking the lion and smiling.

"Thank you.." he said, a small blush on his face.

Obitos face also heated up, probably nothing, "no problem, Semis horrible" Obito rolled his eyes "I'm Obito, want
to be my friend?" He asked, maybe if he was friends with this boy, Semi wouldn't pick on him anymore.

The boys eyes lit up "yes! I'm Kakashi by the way, you were really brave when you pushed Semi, he's scary" Kakashi
looked away, Obito feeling bad.

Obito grabbed both Kakashis arms, moving closer "don't worry, with me around, he won't even be considered as dangerous
as a pathetic bug"

Kakashi giggled, Obito being pleased he could make him happy after what Semi had just done. Obito felt his stomach tingle,
and his heart beat faster, he'd found a cute one.

So sorry my stories haven't been too long lately, I've been busy😭 mostly because my family needs me
every damn time I'm writing one paragraph of a new story and it's so f#cking amsuiwmwhusbshw-
