Dream laid in bed, having his back turned to the door.
"Damn it." He sighed.. he felt like shit.
"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!"

He stared at his mask across from him... why.. why wasn't he wearing it.

George was his confidence... he felt confident when George was around with his mask off... he felt comfortable around George.

"Why am I so... weak..?" Dream rubbed his forehead.
"I can't do anything.."  he huffed- staring down.
"Right.."

He was about to sulk some more- until his heard scratching and whining... what was that..?

Dream looked over his shoulder, seeing hali stuck upside down.
"How.." he questioned the mer... how is he that dumb.
"What..?"

Hali struggled, trying to turn over but was stuck upside down.
"Help.. stuck-" he whined.

Dream turned and reached for hali, picking the baby mer out of the water.
"There." He placed him back in the tank.
"Normal."

Hali whined, reaching over the tank.
"I Hungry.." he held his hands out.
"Food..?"

"Don't worry hali- sapnaps out catching fish now." Dream tried sitting up but grunted.
"Ow-" he laid back down, grabbing his rib... still broken.
"Fuck that hurts."

Hali puffed his cheeks out, whining... he was hungry... but yet confused.

Dream reached over, picking hali up.
"There.." he placed the mer on his chest.
"Happy..?"

Hali began to search the bed, patting down the blankets in search for something... he was trying to find George- he usually hid under the covers.

"He's not here hali.." Dream sighed, shaking his head.
"I don't know where he is..." he mumbled quietly, looking up at the ceiling.
"And I don't know if I can find him."

Hali whined, reaching over for dreams mask- clinging onto it.
"Mama." He nuzzled the mask, whining.

"Hali.. I need that." Dream tried reaching for it- but hali didn't let go and just spat at him.
"Okay- okay.." he frowned, looking up at the ceiling.
"Keep it."

Hali laid on top of it... he remembers how George doesn't like when Dream wears the mask- and he doesn't either... he looks scary with his mask on.

After a few moments, Sapnap walked in with a bowl... it had a few live fish... he didn't know to cook it or not... since- hali eats raw things.

"I have fresh tropical fish.. apparently we're over a reef- and since we don't eat tropical fish and hali does.. he can have it." Sapnap walked over, handing the bowl to hali.
"Here you go hali..." he frowned... he missed George.
"You have it."

Hali reached for the bowl, grabbing a random fish.
"Hungry.." he placed the mask down, holding the fish.

Dream lightly gagged- carefully snatching his mask.
"Don't eat that on the duvet!" He tried pulling the blanket away from hali.
"Stop!- this is expensive!"

He didn't want to ruin the only thing he had that George liked.

Hali was about to eat it but stopped, listening ...to the fish...? He heard like- gibberish in his mind.
"Mama..?" He tilted his head as the fish wiggled in his grasp.

Dream had a puzzle look- Sapnap soon as well... what.
"What." The pup has gone insane.

Hali stared at the fish, tilting his head.
"It's mama!" He turned to dream, smiling.

Sapnap slowly turned to dream.. was his child going insane.
"I'll leave you too it.." he soon left the room... it was too early for this.

Dream blinked before sitting up.
"Hali- that's not your mom." He grabbed his rib.
"Idiot."

Hali shook his head.
"Mama sent message!" He held the fish up.
"Meet- treasu-re... techn-o- there!"

Dreams eyes widened... he knew hali didn't know any of that.
"What else hali..?" He sat up straight, gaining curiosity.

"Fight-ing.. spirit- taken!" Hali tried his best to mimic what he heard.
"From- you.. own- techno!"

Dream was so confused.
"Simplify it...?" He mumbled quietly.

Hali thought for a moment.
"Techno- take.. geo-r-ge.. treasure.. steal- from you." He struggled to speak... he isn't very good with English yet.
"Follow map!"

Dream was confused until his eyes widened.... Techno was taking George for the treasure.
"No!-" he forced himself out of bed.
"FUCK-"

Hali tumbled off the blanket.

Dream gripped his side.
"Fuck!" He snapped- he had to tell puffy or anyone in this manner to head somewhere else.
"Ow! Ow!"

After about 2 minutes- puffy walked in- she heard Dream yell.

"Dream! What are you doing standing!" Puffys eyes widened, walking over to Dream.
"Lay down!" She grew worried for Dream.

"Don't- head to Lmanberg." Dream grunted, looking up at puffy as he gripped his side.
"Head to the destination marked on the map.." he turned his mapping table.
"The centre of the table... that's where he will be"

Dream trusted hali- he wouldnt have know those things unless George told him... through weird- fish speaking..?

Puffy was puzzled until she walked over towards the table, looking down at all the pins.
"How did you.." she looked at the book.. it was in atlantian?
"This."

"George did it, he figured it out the puzzle." Dream sat on the bed, hali rolling off the blanket.
"And I can't let him be taken by techno- I have to help." He stared over at puffy.
"I don't care for the treasure, I need to get George back."

Puffy read over the map, shocked how a merman can so easily pin point the exact location whilst pirate rulers from over generations could never find it...
"This is impressive..." she mumbled.

Dream looked over.
"I want to get back on my feet.. I'll be mindful of my injuries but I can't just sit and cry whilst George is getting tortured." He gripped his side.
"Please

Puffy looked up at Dream, lightly nodding.
"Alright.. I can understand why." She now can tell how much George means to him.
"But we are going to need that fighting spirit you once had... we need you too be a true captain again."

Dream nodded, staring down.
"I can try." He rubbed his rib.
"We need to changed courses immediately.."

"I understood that." Puffy turned, seeing hali crawl up to dreams side.
"I think hali wants attention."

Dream looked down, seeing hali try and reach his broken rib.
"Don't touch my rib." He lightly chuckled, groaning soon after.

Hali rubbed his eye before making a tear, pressing it against where dreams broken rib.
"I try- help!" He whined.

Dream was confused until he felt a sharp pain.
"OW-" he flinched... but soon felt- relieved..?
"What..?"

Puffys eyes widened.. did hali just healed dreams rib..?

Hali yawned, rubbed his eyes before sleeping on dreams lap.
"Tired.." he mumbled.

Dream looked down, shocked..
"Hali.." he felt his rib.. it was healed.
"Thank you."

Hali just slept on dreams thigh.. he was way

Dream turned to puffy.
"I'm ready to get back on my feet."
