Chunnin exams

Team 7 were outside training ground 44, otherwise known as the forest of death, awaiting further instructions from the proctor. They had just finished the written portion of the chunnin exams. It was by all means not what it first seemed to be, at first glance it looked like a normal test, but as it began the smart ones picked up it's true purpose. To gather information without being noticed or discovered, which was easy for both Sasuke and Naruto because they used their sharingans to copy the hand movements of the other candidates, which was ingenious. At the end most of the gennin if not caught by the invigilators were scared off by the logical rouse used by Ibiki. All in all, about 30% of the initial number of candidates remained. Naruto sighed knowing he had to play his cards right. He had sensed a very vile, almost nauseating chakra signature. He turned to look at the "gennin" who emitted such chakra, to say she was weird was an understatement. From the covered face, to her heavy breathing, to her overall creepy aura. Naruto had no doubts that was the a gennin. He was sure they would cross paths eventually. His thoughts were interrupted as the horn blared indicating the start of the second test.
Team 7 dashed into the forest to find a scroll quickly as possible. Lucky enough, it wasn't long before they ran into some rain ninja. Few minutes later, all were unconscious on the floor and team 7 walking away with both scrolls intact. Sasuke wanted to continue on, but Naruto and Sakura said otherwise, though the motives behind each were clearly different. Sakura was plainly tired, Naruto wanted that suspicious looking ninja to catch up to them. He didn't wait long as a snake came flying at them, but was quickly destroyed by Naruto with a fire jutsu.
"Come out already, no need hiding yourself". Naruto said calmly.
"It would seem I need to keep an eye on you". Said a grass kunoichi as she dropped to the ground.
"Take off the mask, you're not fooling me, how they even let you into these exams is baffling". Orochimaru was genuinely surprised, he wasn't expecting someone to figure him out so early. It could spell trouble for him if this kid decided to spill the beans, but again, he could just kill he and the girl. He let out a chuckle.
"Figured it out so quickly, I commend you". Naruto stared back at Orochimaru who was now letting out alot of bloodlust, so much that Sasuke and Sakura were frozen solid. What he did next shocked everyone there. In a flash he was behind Sakura and before anyone could register what happened he knocked her out.
"Now that she's out we can talk". Naruto said calmly.
"Sasuke, if you want power to beat your brother,this is the man to go to, he may be creepy, but he's the strongest of the Sannin". Orochimaru almost choked. This kid was making his job so much easier.
"But I also want the power you possess Orochimaru, if you can give my that, you can take Sasuke". Naruto said as his Mangekyo sharingan blazed to view. Orochimaru now almost had an orgasm as he stared into Naruto's eyes with an unholy lust.
"What do you plan to gain from my curse mark?". He asked now gaining slight composure.
"Simple, power. I know I'm strong, but if I want to go about accomplishing my goal, I need even more power". Naruto stated coldly. Sasuke all this while was actually getting excited, Naruto was keeping his word so far, evenas far as convincing a legendary
Sannin to train them. He could see himself beat Itachi, getting revenge and finally being at peace with himself.
"Very well then, I accept your deal, Naruto Uchiha". With that he stretched out his neck and bit them on their necks. Sasuke stumbled but caught himself as the pain was incredible, Naruto also was in pain but kept a stoic expression.
"Is there any other motive you have for coming here?".
"Yes, to kill Hiruzen Sarutobi". Orochimaru stated. Naruto just closed his eyes solemnly.
"Very well, I and Sasuke will do our part to convince the village we're with them, call for us when you're ready".
Orochimaru smiled and vanished, just as Sakura was waking up.

"Naruto Uchiha vs Kiba Inuzuka ... Begin!!!!". The proctor shouted as Kiba immediately flew at Naruto, shouting something about being the alpha male in their year and Naruto being a dead last. Naruto calmly dodged all the attacks sent his way, flashed behind Kiba and knocked him out. The match was so stupidly short that everyone was silent. Naruto grimaced a bit as he felt the seal on his neck sting, like it was absorbing chakra. He remembered that Sasuke also had the same reaction. He went up the stairs to his teammates who already had their fights.
"Good fight all of you, but Sakura, i suggest you train harder than you usually do, if you did you'd have easily beaten Ino". Sakura nodded her head while Naruto looked at Sasuke as if telepathically talking to him. Sasuke seemed to get the message as they excused themselves from the arena. They had a whole month to train and figure out how to use the curse mark, and as for Naruto, how the curse mark worked. He was curious as it was different from the many seals he could create. He wasn't a master at sealing, but he was better than most in the village, all except Jiraiya the toad sage. He had a month to figure it out so he discarded the thought.

Naruto stood across his opponent, Neji Hyuga, the clan prodigy, said to be the strongest of the rookies. Naruto thought that was an obvious lie, and in truth thought the title belonged to Rock Lee. The kid was a beast, but he was just so humble that he never truly noticed how strong he was, but that wasn't important right now. Neji was busy spewing nonsense about destiny and fate, something about proving the Byakugan is the superior doujutsu and beating Naruto with his superior fighting style. Naruto inwardly was howling in laughter, he could beat most if not all jounin in the village by now, and here this Hyuga with a stick up his ass thinks he's the better fighter. Neji on the other hand was getting pissed. Naruto from the looks of it wasn't paying attention. He even looked bored. The proctor noticing the tension building up both in the stands and between the two fighters decided to start the match.
"Begin!!!". As soon as he said that Neji dashed at Naruto, Byakugan active and started throwing attacks his way, but to his annoyance none of them even grazed his target. After about 5 minutes of attacking he jumped back to catch his breath.
"8 trigrams air palms!!". He blasted two air bullets at Naruto who easily evaded the attacks. Neji smirked, as to him Naruto walked into his trap. He got into a particular stance, one that drew the attention of every prominent Hyuga member watching.
" You're in range!! ". He said as he started to hit Naruto's chakra points.
"2 palms, 4 palms, 8 palms, 16 palms, 32 palms, 8 trigrams 64 palms!!!!".
Neji smirked in triumph. 
"You underestimated me, and I won, as I said fate has decided that I win this match ... You were simply too weak". To his horror and the shock of everyone present, the Naruto Neji had decimated faded out of view, like mist. The realization hit everyone in the arena. Genjutsu. How Naruto cast a genjutsu that even the Hokage or Kurenai couldn't see through was terrifying. Naruto himself was sitting on a stump under some shade looking at Neji with an amused look.
"You really didn't see through that?, So much for your superior doujutsu". This statement angered Neji to no end as he dashed at Naruto with new found determination. Naruto finally decided to go serious on Neji.
"I'll make sure you pay for what you did to Hinata". This caught Neji off guard, he had seen Naruto's interactions with his cousin,to think Naruto would actually hold a grudge.
"Wow, who knew Naruto actually cared for Hinata". Ino said. The rookies only nodded with Kiba gritting his teeth due to Hinata turning red from embarrassment.
Sasuke somewhat understood his partners relationship with the Hyuga heiress. Naruto truly was upset about what happened to Hinata, he would never admit it, but the girl had grown on him, all her attempts to gain his attention, to the extent of her becoming more bold to talk to him. He didn't really expect that sort of change from the girl, and over the time she spent trying to get him out of his she'll, he had come to see her as a sister, one that he was a bit protective of in his own way, was he becoming more human because of her?
Naruto flashed behind Neji, slamming a blue orb into his back. This jutsu caught the eye of every clan head and the Hokage himself. It was the rasengan, the fourths jutsu. And Naruto had learnt it. Neji was basically out of commission, but Naruto wasn't done. He pulled Neji up by the collar staring into his eyes, pale lavender met blazing crimson.
"Now suffer for what you did, and realize you shouldn't throw your rage towards someone who is innocent ". All that was heard next was Neji screaming in fear, backing away in tears, eventually running off.
"Naruto Uchiha wins!!". The proctor announced. Naruto walked up the stairs to see Hinata bowing her head, both apologizing for Nejis words and thanking him for looking out for her.
This brought out a small smile from Naruto, which didn't go unnoticed.
"No worries Hinata, what are friends for?". He said patting her head.
Hinata at this point passed out due to not only being called a friend by Naruto but also, she made him smile, which was hard. Naruto himself was conflicted, he couldn't put it together, but he felt she was a good person, a friend he could say. He turned to Sasuke who gave him a nod, they both knew what was about to happen.
"Hinata, why don't you go and check up on Neji, my genjutsu really did a number on him". Naruto suggested.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow as Hinata walked past him. Naruto didn't want her to get caught up in the chaos that was about to occur. With one last glance at the disguised Orochimaru, he was given a sign. Naruto grinned, today the man known as Hiruzen Sarutobi, the man who was never there for Naruto, who let him be treated like garbage, was going to pay. And he was going to pay with his life.
