about : one of the seven leaders of las vegas , that specialises in investigating affairs , covert spying operations and compiling other people's dirt. god knows how he kept getting himself entangled in every one of our cases these past few months. he wasn’t even been actively searching for our cases. he just always had something to do with our clients or our witnesses , or our missing men ... i don’t believe it’s just a coincidence.

ability : secret domain. although a non - combative ability , secret domain allows rose to create an area or any kind of man - made structure which is completely under his command , meaning he is the god within this domain. he can liquify solids , turn oxygen into carbon monoxide and even snap people out of reality and existence if he wants to. it is kind of like reality bending but a much narrower concept. currently his secret domain is in the form of a large 5 star casino. i suggest caution when you approach or enter this place boss , lots of bad things have happened here and many people have gone missing here without any traces , just wanted to let you know in case you or someone try something stupid again *eyeing a certain police officer*

skills : his instinct and deductions are no joke , i've got to give that. it’s not every day that there’s a mafia leader who went ahead to get evidence for a billionaire’s wife on her husband’s affairs , only to then proceed to investigate and uncover both of their bribery , corruption cases and dealings with the government to send them to jail together. how heartwarming …

personality wise : a cocky bastard with a free and careless spirit , who can’t take anything seriously and doesn't want to be held down by anything including his 'duties' as a mafia boss , he's pretty much a manchild. a very beautiful one at that - ( why is it only the bad ones ?! ) ahem - i admit i'm pretty bad at reading people , but even i can tell he has one of those attachment issues. i saw him after one of our weekly patrols outside a bar. a guy was talking to him , grateful and willing to have a friendship with him after a 'case was well-solved' or so i managed to hear , asking him for drinks after , and his cocky smile just dropped , face somehow paling. and i saw this happen many times , considering he kept tangling himself up in our cases. 

brief background : illegal japanese immigrant ⇢ ( whereabouts unknown until high school ) ⇢ went to a high school in west virginia ⇢ morcean institute of technology ⇢dropped out on his second year ⇢ briefly worked as a private investigator’s assistant ⇢ vanished for a few more years before re - appearing in las vegas 7 years ago along with two of the first few mafia bosses

dirt : multiple times testifying in court as the defendant or witnesses ‘ happened ’ to be his clients. there must be something we can look into here …

appearance :  of mixed japanese descent. average height ( 5'10) with pale skin , lower waist - length flamingo pink hair, and heterochromatic eyes , left peacock green and right sky blue. has a prominent mole under his right eye , with a charming yet crooked smile which is very telling. one look at him and you can’t help but feel like he shouldn’t be trusted. is usually seen wearing traditional kimonos when out in public.
