Cynthia POV
I understand when Celestine wanted to runaway after her traumatic experience with Isabella. Who wouldn't be? Isabella knows so well what Belinda did to her and her younger brother yet she let herself be blinded by her madness just because she was jealous! Jealous of Irene Araneta?! Is she out of her mind? Punyeta pati sina Belinda at Isabella.
I drove as fast as I could to reach Celestine's beach house, baka kasi hindi na naman kumakain yung batang yun eh. When I arrived at the beach home, I can already enjoy the fresh breeze by opening her house windows, extending my arms to flow with the wind, and taking in the sight of all the vivid and dark green trees as they sway in the wind. For the first time in my 45th years I felt peace.
I kept roaming around inside her house. Thinking if may pagkain yung bata. And I'm glad she did, it was probably Clarissa who ordered these ready to cook meals from HelloFresh.
Ang cute nang ref niya it was a small and practical Mini Refrigerator in the color of pastel green: The refrigerator has vegetable and fruit drawers and detachable thicker glass shelves that can be flexibly arranged to divide storage space while carrying more weight. Flip-open lids with handles, internal shelves that are ideal for storing canned beverages and various extras, adjustable feet that allow dorm fridges to be put horizontally, built-in LED lights that let you see what's inside clearly from anywhere, and built-in LED lights.
If I'm not mistaken this was the first thing she bought from her first paycheck. Actually huli kasi mas inuna niya si Lucky. In everything she does and do, Lucky is her first priority. Lucky is her world and life.
As I have nothing to do, I just waited for her outside. Clarissa phoned called me kanina-nina lang she was deciding if she should go here na din. So she could look after her. Sabi ko naman just finish all her business then if wala na siyang gagawin puntahan niya yung bata.
Mugto mata oh!
Nagtataka kong tanong.
"Sa-sarado po mga tindihan." She said stuttering. She's lying, she's good in almost everything except for one thing. Lying. She's pure as white. She can't lie because she believes that if someone lies you are stealing someone's right about the truth. And she hates the person instantly once they lied to her.
"Hmm! Celestine!" I reprimanded her.
"I saw a woman hitting her own child in-front of the convenient store and it frightened me. So I went back here." She told me honestly trying not to cry.
