In this story, this will show how many times Sonic Ogilvie the Hedgehog cries in my timeline. It's mainly twice for now. But as well, it'll also show Sonic going dark with anger and sadness. Sonic owned by Sega/Sonic Team.
Sonic's first time he cried is after the events of Sonic and the Black Knight. Since I'm unsure if those storybook games are canon to the mainline Sonic games, I then decided to have it be a dream that Sonic wakes up from having a nightmare feeling sad he lost Amy.

I guess Sonic must've dreamt those events since he read a King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table before bed. And in my stories, since Sonic is in a relation with Amy, he lives with her.
So I guess that's one of the main times Sonic cries. The only other time he cries is during the events of Sonic Lost World. When it came to the second fight against Zavok, Sonic was furious and wanted to kill him. At the end of the battle Sonic obtained the cyan Chaos Emerald. But Sonic wondered how exactly he got it. I feel like this is a mouthful to explain. Leading on to after Act 2 approaching Eggman's lair, Sonic reobtains the purple, yellow, and blue Chaos Emeralds from Zazz, Zomom, and Master Zik.

Sonic tried to call Amy and Knuckles back on Mobius. But no signal.
"Amy? Knuckles?" Sonic said worried. "Anyone?"
Sonic realized his friends could be dead as he started to cry. He sobbed knowing that he was too late to save his friends. His eyes turned pure white and his quills turned black with a dark blue aura as he gritted his teeth as tears still ran down his cheeks.
"Zeena, Zor, Zavok!" Sonic said furious in dark form. "NOW YOU'RE DEAD!!!"
Sonic rushed in anger to the remaining zeti in no time flat.

Sonic made it to the last 3 zeti in anger keeping his hands in a fist.
"I have had it with you guys!" Sonic said still furious.
"Don't be so whiny, man. That's my deal." Zor said.
"Give up now, and join your friend." Zavok said as a robot Tails came in.
"Tails!" Sonic said worried.
Tails had robot parts on his fox body.
"Oh, man! When I get my hands on you guys!" Sonic said furious.
"We promise... you will be happy in our service." Zeena said stepping forward a few steps.
Tails' robot eye opened along with his robot systems were ready. Sonic was worried with what the zeti have done to his buddy.
"I'll never serve you!" Sonic said.
"I was hoping you'd say that." Zavok said. "Destroy Sonic!"
Tails aimed a blaster at Sonic charging his blast.
"Tails! Don't do this!" Sonic said hoping Tails is still in there. "I don't want to hurt you."
"Must... Destroy... Sonic!" Tails said firing his blast.
"You left me no other choice!" Sonic said repelling with a chaos blast.
Sonic charged a dark energy ball and threw it at Tails to knock him out. The blast damaged the robot parts on Tails' body and began malfunction. Tails fell to the ground unconscious as his eyes shut.
"You're next, zeti!" Sonic said furious.
"Retreat!" Zavok said as the remaining zeti escaped.
Sonic turned back to normal but was still crying as he went up to Tails.
"Oh no, Tails! What have I done?!" Sonic said sobbing. "I can't have killed one of my only living friends! I just can't!"
Tails soon felt his blood rush as he woke up and saw Sonic crying.
"Ugh... Sonic?" Tails said weakly.
"Tails!" Sonic said as he hugged him tightly. "I thought I lost you."
"Wha... what happened?" Tails said.
"I'm sorry. I thought I killed you. Zavok made me enter my dark form to try and make me work for them." Sonic explained.
"It's alright, Sonic." Tails said. "I'm glad you didn't rampage this time."
"Yeah, me too." Sonic said helping Tails up. "Now I've got some Chaos Emeralds to retrieve. And zeti to fry!"
"Okay, good luck!" Tails said. "I'll head for the extractor and shut it down!"
With that Sonic went off to take out Zeena, Zor, and Zavok to retrieve the last Chaos Emeralds from them.
(End of this cutscene I guess...)
Man, that was a bit of a mouthful. But everything else went on working. So, with the Zeti gone after this game, I figured I'd say they're all dead on the Lost Hex, since Sonic needed to fight them near lava getting back the emeralds. So Sonic would face against Eggman in Super form for the final battle. Then everything would go back to normal. And I guess Sonic would relax with Amy cuddled up next to him, and Knuckles and Tails beside the hedgehogs. So I guess this is the end of this story I guess. This was a lot. And I'm sorry that Days of Darkness is taking a while. But it's hard to find the motivation to write it.
