By morning, rain was dripping and dropping into their new home, quietly sizzling and burning holes in the ground. Ranboo's arm was stretched out from his bed. His arm too was sizzling and burning, but he didn't notice until he woke up.
Ranboo huffed and groaned, gently moving his arm away from the area where it was raining, he grunted, quietly making his way down the bunk bed as he held up one of the blankets to cover him, walking over to shut the sliding door. He sighed in relief, looking back at his friends to make sure they weren't hurt, which they were not. Ran then looked back at the floor and just gently sat down on Tommys bunk, shivering and breathing harshly through his teeth as he touched the burns for a quick second. He walked over to the kitchen and gently turned on the water, grabbing a cloth and soaking it in the sink before covering his burn. The burn was stretched out to the length of his forearm, the acid rain still making his arm sizzle as he kept putting pressure on it, groaning more as he slid down the wall and sniffled from the pain.
Tubbo had quietly woken up, not feeling as sick as he did before as he got up and stepped down the ladder, hearing Ranboo's pained voice as he quietly walked over to him in the kitchen.
"Are you alright..?" Tubbo huffed, sitting down next to him. Ranboo shook his head, showing Tubbo the burn, which made Tubbo freak out a bit. "Jesus- is there anything I can do to help..? Do you want some bandages to wrap around it..?" He asked calmly, standing up and reaching over Ranboo, opening one of the top cupboards to pull out some bandage wraps. Ranboo quietly nodded, showing his arm to Tubbo again before he gently wrapped the bandage around Ranboos arm. Tubbo quietly smiled, messing with Ranboos hair a bit as he helped Ranboo up, both of them walking to the dining table to sit down as Tubbo went to clean up the water and acid still on the floor from when it rained in their "home" earlier. Somehow the walls of the house were not affected by the acid rain, being perfectly fine, which was great news.
"Do you want your phone..? Aimsey is probably awake if you want to text them- and I'll make some breakfast for you and Toms-" He asked quietly, and Ranboo nodded in return again. Soon Tubbo had quietly handed Ranboo his phone, which somehow wasn't losing battery, maybe it was affected by the slowness of time in the backrooms?
Tubbo soon went over to the kitchen to cook the boys some breakfast, smiling quietly as he hummed. Ranboo took a picture of his makeshift cast, sending it to Aimsey and sent a message that wrote,

"Helluva burn I got while sleeping, heh"

Before giggling, looking over at Tommy again who was still sleeping, he was glad his friend could get a good sleep.
