alone Time

Eric pov:

I woke up to the screaming of Apollo from his crib and of course Ace is sleeping... I roll out of bed half asleep and went to check on the baby and he seriously needed a diaper change I changed his diaper, fed him, and put him back to sleep all while my husband has been sleeping
And soon it was 6 am and I was washing up Carter to get ready for school and made him and the baby breakfast and then Ace came down starts to join us "baby why don't you sit down and eat?" He offered " nope, Ace you do realize that I'm not as fucking rich as you and I still have to be a mom and still go to college while you do whatever" I argued and he looked at me sternly and got up and dragged my arm " hey, what's going on with you?" He asked " nothing I'm fine" and I yanked my arm back ,got the kids ready and got in the car and drove Carter to preschool and Apollo to daycare and my self to college then I got a text from Ace " home now." I was shocked Ace has never said such a demanding text to me and after my classes were done I headed home and ran upstairs to place my bag in our room to find Ace sitting on our bed "sit. And tell me what's been bothering you love" he told me and I sighed " I just feel that I'm always doing everything, cooking, cleaning,taking care of the kids, and college. It's just it's a little to much on me I'm still 22 Ace and your 28 I still want to enjoy my 20s and not be a mom for a sec" I confessed and he looked at me with a blank stare "oh I'm sorry I haven't been fulfilling my role in this family" he apologized and kissed me on my forehead, cheek and neck and we made it onto the bed " you know the kids won't be back for a while why don't we-" he stopped while I fell asleep and felt a warm cover and strong hands hold me.
