 I hung up and slumped down. I decided to pick some clothes for tomorrow. I opened my closet and started to choose. After several minutes, I already chose an outfit. A black long sleeved turtle neck top and light brown skirt with a pair of white shoes. I also picked a brown long cardigan. Then after that, I went back to bed and slept.

I was eating my breakfast with Auntie Carol. "So, where are you planning to go today?" she said while shoving the rice inside her mouth. I smiled and said, "Jungkook is going to pick me up at 9. He said he wants to talk about something." Auntie got her eyes widened. Oh no, it's not what it looks like. "Uh, not that." I said and smiled nervously.

Jungkook already picked me up earlier and went to a café near the mall, not the café I work in. We were sipping our frappes in silence and I decided to break it. "So, what are we going to talk about?" I asked, still sipping the frappe. "I heard Uncle that you're planning to put up a business. You know that I wanted to build it with you right." I nodded and he continued, "If you want to build a business, let's build it together." He smiled and I got confused about his career. He can't quit his career just like I did. "What about your career? Don't say you're going to quit too?" I said with widened eyes. "Looks like it." He then said to make me choke my drink. "What?! You can't do that! You've worked hard for it." I ranted, "Look, we're just human yn-ah. We also grow old. Since I'm still young, we already experienced being an Idol. I wanted to build a business, just like you wanted. I earned a lot of money and I heard uncle will help us with the finances, so no worries. But we will not rely on him. We still have time. While building our own business, I'll still work to earn more money, then I quit when the building is done." I got fascinated by his words. I tear up while he says that. I keep on smiling at his plans. I held his hand. "Thank you." I wiped off my tears "Stop crying." He said and I laughed. "I'm not though" I lied and laughed. Next week, I'll be back to work and by now we'll start to plan it. He took some photos from his phone and passed them to me.

In the afternoon, we ate at the restaurant. We've been talking about the business like how many hours had passed. "Yn, what is your plan after we build our business?" he suddenly asked and I looked at him. "I don't know, maybe just focus on what the time matters." I said and he looked down. "I wanted to give this to you." He held out a small red velvet box to me. I couldn't move. I looked at the box. "What's that?" he opened it and saw a diamond ring. I was shocked and couldn't really move. "A promise ring. I wanted to give this to you. I promise you that when the day comes, I will marry you and have the perfect family you dreamt of." This guy never stops making me cry. "Will you accept my promise ring?" I nodded immediately and he put the ring inside my middle finger. I smiled widely and stood up to hug him tightly. I don't know how to react. I just had the urge to hug him.

It was already evening after the commotion. He drop me in our house and bid goodbyes. I was sitting in the couch, still staring at my middle finger where the ring is. I smiled and got startled when someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around and looked at the person. "Yah! Don't scare me like that, Tae!" I fixed my seat and make myself comfortable. "What's that? A ring?" he said, this kid really has his own world. Does his world doesn't have this kind of thing? "Obviously" I said as I rolled my eyes to him. "It's from jungkook, isn't it?" he asked hoping for true response. "Yup, he gave me this." The next thing I felt was like I feel like my soul came out for a second. "WAH! YN IS ENGAGE!!!" he shouted and I fell off the couch. Then, Auntie came down to see what happened. She got surprised when taehyung told her that jungkook propose to me. I shake my head in annoyance. "Is it true, yn? Did jungkook really?" I laughed. "Why would you think such kind of things, Tae? Is it bad if jungkook gave me a ring? Does it mean if jungkook gave me a ring, we're already engage? Does a word 'Promise ring' has in your world?" I said and laughed. "We're not, okay? He gave me this ring as a promise. We are not yet ready for marriage. We are still going to build a business. We still need to enjoy the time left being free." Then tae got sad. "Yah! I thought yn is getting married." Auntie carol went back to her room. I laughed at Taehyung sulking. "Btw why are you here?" I asked while getting some popcorn in the fridge. "Manager let me go home. So that's the reason I am here." He said and I nodded. I took my laptop to watch some movies. "Want to join me?" I asked then his face lighten up. "What kind of movie?" he asked, not wanting to watch horror movie. "Horror. Why are you afraid?" I teased him and he defended himself. "N-no I'm not." He scooted closer to me and took the pillow from me then hugged it. "It shows the opposite Tae" I said and played the movie.

After a week, I need to get back to my work. I went downstairs and took a banana. I don't have an appetite in the morning so bananas will do. I began walking towards the café. I saw Eunbi. "Good morning, Eunbi!" I greeted her and she greeted me back. We started cleaning and she turned the sign 'close' to 'open'. "So, how are you and jungkook?" she asked, then I smiled. "We're together." I said and she squealed. "Wah! So that ring means you're engaged?" she said I mentally face palms. "No, he gave this to me as a promise ring. Now you know, quit with that topic." I said and she laughed. I suddenly heard my phone ring. I saw the ID caller named 'Uncle Shi-hyuk'. I picked it up.

Uncle OTP: Yn, can we meet? I have something to tell you.

Yn OTP: I'm at work right uncle. Why so sudden? Is there something wrong?

Uncle OTP: No, there is nothing wrong. I just have to tell you something. Something you wanted to hear.

Yn OTP: Uh, I can't really go out right now. My manager might be angry. I've been out for 2 weeks. What if we meet here in the café?

Uncle OTP: Sounds great! I'm heading to the café. I'll call jungkook. I need him to be there too.

Yn: oh, okay I'll be waiting
