Chapter 3

Chanyeol's POV

I am currently playing with my daughter Ryujin 

"Appaaaaa"Ryujin struggled to laugh as I tickle her mercilessly

"Im gonna eat your brainsssss"I acted like a zombie as I continued tickling her

I laughed with her as I hugged her tightly

"Chanyeol"a voice heard me

My daughter stopped laughing and stoop up properly 

"Yoongi"I greeted him and bowed with my hand on my chest

Yoongi is the head of the royal guards

And I am one of those royal guards

We serve our king, Taeyong the greatest king of vampires

He's the one who saved my life, Together with his wife Seulgi

And of course we are assigned to protect the new born princess, Hyunjin (Loona)

"The king held a meeting for the royal guards, we need you at the palace this instant"Yoongi said

I nodded and knelt down to talk to my daughter

"Go inside if unnie and mom looks for me tell them the king called the guards ok?"I said as I caressed my daughters cheeks

Ryujin smiled and nodded before running inside our house 

I looked at Yoongi and he nodded at me before we sprinted to the palace

I looked at Chen and he seems..bothered?

"Did you feel something different when you went home yesterday after haunting for that boar?"the king said

"I felt someone was looking at me and my daughter, why?"I asked

The king looked down

"We lost two at the pack"Chen said

I froze

"W-Who.."I said clearly shocked that someone managed to kill members from the most powerful pack  among the werewolves

"Namjoon and Ho seok"Chen said

"Who dared to kill them"I said

Chen looked at me with hatred in his eyes

"Your kind"his voice full of anger

"Enough Chen, Chanyeol is not a human anymore"the king said

"A lowly human did this to the most powerful pack?"I said and looked at the king

He nodded

"He seems to know what to use,and his items are very advanced"he said and handed me something that is wrapped with clothe

I slowly opened the clothe and saw..

"A bullet?"I said

"Silver, our weakness, once we took a wound with this material, It wont heal quickly unless we extract this material out of our body as soon as possible, one shot to the heart and it works like a steak, it kills us within seconds"the king explained

That human used a gun with silver bullets...has accurate aims and obviously has a lot of knowledge about our kind

"We have to be careful that human must be roaming around our realm using his.."

"Gun" I finished the kings sentence

"He used a gun"I continued

The king nodded

"We have to be careful and catch this human immediately, your families should be careful too"the king said

I looked at Chen he looks devistated...

"We have to patrol around the kingdom"Yoongi said

"You have our cooperation"Chen replied

"Tell the news to your families dont let then leave your houses, the patrol starts this afternoon"the king said dismissing the meeting

I went to Chen and patted his back

"Im sorry"I said

He looked at me and slowly nodded

I excused myself to go back to my family and warn them

What were dealing with is a dangerous threat to this kind.
