There was an awkward silence of them just staring at each other until captain blurred out "i-if not then it's fine"
Alison slowly walked back to captains bed and sat down "What do you want to talk about?"she smiled.
"W-well , it's about when I was alive"
"Sure go ahead" Alison gleefully said.
"When I was in charge at button house . I-i had a lieutenant called William . I grew very fond of him. Over the years we spent together at this house we grew more close , until one day I confessed my feelings to him , but he didn't feel the same way . He left me and went to North Africa" the captain said with tears in his eyes .
Alison looked at him with a humble smile and said softly "I'm so sorry that you had to go through all of that. Thank you for telling me, you were really brave captain."
