LOGAN EMERSON hated summer. but not because of the bright sun and hot air, but rather because her depression seemed always to kick in then (seasonal depression sucks).
and it doesn't help that she literally has no friends. the only way she experiences the 'teenage glory days' is through a screen seeing people at her school posting about their totally awesome adventures and fun vacations that they go on.
