Episode 24

Pine Valley University

Miranda was on a run around the university to clear her mind since she finished her homework earlier. The daughter of Bianca Montgomery and granddaughter of Erica Kane couldn't get her mind off Samuel Grey though. Miranda didn't know how to say it or spit it out, but she obviously had feelings for the young man, but Miranda didn't know how to tell Sam. As she was just about done with her run, Miranda bumps into Sam who drops his cell phone.

Miranda – "Oh Sam! I am SO sorry!"

Sam – "It's okay Miranda, I wasn't paying any attention to what's in front of me"

Sam was about to pick up his cell phone before Miranda reached it at the same time. There was friction between the two when their own hands were on top of each other. Miranda lets go so Sam can take his phone.

Miranda – "Again Sam, sorry about that. I was just on a run and then all the sudden I run into you"

Sam – "It's alright Miranda, no need to apologize. I just got off the phone with my dad"

Miranda – "You're dad? Oh...is he okay?"

Sam looks around before taking Miranda somewhere private behind a huge tree so they could talk. Knowing the danger's still out there when it comes to the DVX and The Dragon, he didn't want to drag her into this, but Sam had to talk to someone he trusted.

Sam – "My mom got kidnapped"

Miranda – "What? When was this?"

Sam – "The other day when mom and Celia Fitzgerald bumped into each other. Then they were taken by the same people who are after my aunt, uncle and parents"

Miranda – "I am so sorry Sam; did they contact the police?"

Sam – "They're in Jamaica so I am sure the local police department is working with them right now. Pete Cortland is with them as well; Celia is his wife and they just got married"

Miranda – "That's horrible Sam. Does anyone else in your family know?"

Sam – "Uncle Dimitri and Anton but Maddie hasn't been notified yet. She's going to be so devastated"

Miranda – "At least Maddi has all of you, I have faith your mom and Celia will be okay"

Sam – "I should be doing more though, right? Like going to Jamaica and helping them in the search. Not staying in Pine Valley, it's not right Miranda"

Miranda – "What matters is right now you're safe, let the others take care of it from here on out, okay?"

Comforting Sam who's still worried about his family, Miranda was there for him despite not telling him how she feels about her friend. But this wasn't the time for feelings to be expressed between the two of them. In the back of Sam's mind, he hoped his mom would be okay and despite not knowing Celia all that well, he hopes she'll be okay too. Unbeknownst to them, someone takes a picture of the two far away from where they are and then sends the picture of her phone before quietly running away.

Jamaica – Sanka's Home

Noah, Julia, Edmund and Anna and Pete were still at the house where they were explaining everything to Anna. For the spy it was just like she knew, her sister Alexandra has Celia and Maria which wasn't a good thing at all obviously. But the reason why she's doing this could be for something else important. Anna knew her sister better than anyone else in the entire world. Based on what her contacts told her, it had something to do with the drug syndicate called the Dragon. But how did that have anything to do with Celia and Maria?
