Princess of Friendship

It was finally morning. I woke up analyzing my surroundings. I had the worst nightmare in all of Crystal Light. When I found that I wasn't dreaming I started to cry. "Mama, papa, sis." I pleaded for my home star. When suddenly I heard a voice "why are you crying?" I turned to where it was coming from and it was from the sky. I saw a purple alicorn flying towards me. I answered her "My home was attacked and I was separated from my family. My sister found me and sent me here in that escape pod over there." I pointed to the circular ship that was all run down and broken. She gave me a confused look and asked "Where are you from?" I began wiping my tears and replied "I'm from a star in a space by the name of Crystal Light. My name is Shimmering Starlight. What's yours?" I was wondering if I could trust her or not, but since she was a princess I just knew I could. "My name is Twighlight Sparkle. I'm the Princes of Friendship, but you can just call me Twighlight." I gave her a weak smile, tears were still flowing down my cheeks. "Since you come from space I suppose I could help. After all what kind of pony would I be not to help a poor soul in need of guidance." I gave her the biggest smile any pony could ever give. "Thank you so much" I was so happy to have some pony to guide me. I then felt tears of joy flowing. I hugged her and cried. She then said "Don't worry, just tell me what happened and I'll help." She put me on her back using her magic and flew towards a castle in the shape of a tree made of crystal. I was glad to have a friend through the darkness.
