"It's nothing, just a slight fever" I replied, my voice followed by several sneezes
"And oh I wonder which type of fever makes you faint in the shower?" You asked, your hands resting on your his as you glared at me
I wasn't ready for this, not this soon, maybe a while more, a while more of pretending that I was alright, I was fine, was it so hard?
I watched as your eyes slowly turned glossy, the anger in them disappearing slowly as you took in a sharp breath, your eyed slightly widening, you guessed it, didn't you?
"You..n..you never got better, did you?" Your question came out as a mere whisper
My heart broke and it hurt, physically, I felt it in my chest, it was painful, you walked towards me, closing the distance between us, you attached our foreheads
Tears rolled down your eyes one by one and so did mine, you sucked in deep breaths every now and then and I tried my best to stable my breathing
"Ho..how long?" You whispered
"I don't know..." I whispered back
You shut your eyes tighter, sobbing louder as you pulled me into you, we stayed like that for I don't know how long, crying in each other's arms
There it was, my secret was out, you knew, I was leaving
