The Favor {A Dream x Reader}

~ Chapter 2 ~

Y/N POV:

"Well than 'Dream', I'll see ya on the flip side" I say while teleporting out of his grip and back into the crowd full of people leaving him stunned and questioning why I didn't do that before I soon teleport home and check how much gold I got "2,000 coins today?! This is the best haul we've had in years!" I tell my owl Jade, who hoots in response "I can finally get that messenger bag I've wanted and maybe a better place," I continue talking to Jade. I than go to my bathroom and get ready for bed

~The next day~

I got up and went to the bathroom to do my morning routine i than look out the window to see it's pouring down rain "looks like I'm doing a full cover up today Jade," I tell my owl while putting on anything and everything that covers all if my skin "It's to bad that it burns when I touch it.." I get my small bag put some coins in it and an umbrella than walk out the door to the village square where the merchants are, I walk up to one specific stand with a messenger bag still in the back "Oh! Hey there (Y/N)! What can I do for ya?" The kind merchant asks me "The messenger bag please" I ask "Ok! That'll be 200 silver," I hand him the silver while he hands me the bag "Any other plans today?" "Just going to look at some cottages for sale," "That's good you need to move out of your cramped one, anyways have a good time! " he says waving goodbye to me as I walk away to the sales man for the cottage I've had my eye on, "Hey kid finally got enough gold for the cottage?" The sales man asks me as I walk up to him "Yep," I says handing him the gold "Whoa didn't think you'd actually get it," he says counting the gold "alright seems like you got enough here ya go" he says while handing me the keys to the cottage I just payed for
