hello everyone!! i know there's been some questions as to what's going on with this story, so i'll go ahead and confirm a few things right here.
first things first: i am NOT deleting blank-faced.
i don't want to, either.
when i first began writing this story, i wasn't even sure what was going on with it (it was just a fun little pasttime thing that i could concern myself with) so i had never planned it out.
i understand that the plot for the story is half-assed (girl has no face, meets boy who can actually see her, woAH so oRIGIN AL) & that it even sounds like she's a freakin' ghost. i get that, so for now the story is going to continue to be on hold.
i'm in the process of starting a few other stories (that haven't been posted yet shh) and i do want to continue writing Study Break, as that's the story i've currently committed to for the time being.
when i had started writing blank-faced, school got in the way and so did my personal life, so i had to put it off (which also erased other ideas i actually had)
and school is still currently stressing me out. (even though i only have a few weeks left)
so while i'd love to continue blank-faced and publish another chapter for you guys, i'm afraid i just don't have the patience or the inspiration to do it right now, but maybe in another month, when i'm out of school and can focus on other things, i might have another chapter written. i really want to continue things between mitchell and delilah (was that her name? idk, i forgot, you see, that's how bad this is) but i'm afraid i just don't have the time and patience currently.
but as for right now, i will not be unpublishing, leaving, or deleting Blank-Faced.
new chapter of Study Break next week, you can catch up on that story if you like.
thanks,
stephanie
